Nestled in the narrow streets near the Maison Castle in Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile, this house for 12 (8 adults and 4 children) invites you to a family stay.



Its outdoor space includes a garden and a terrace, allowing you to enjoy fresh air, sunny days and good barbecues. You will immediately feel like you are on holiday!



Upon entering the house, you will discover beautifully decorated spaces. You will find the large living room, with its blue sofas and large bay window overlooking the terrace, inviting you to settle in comfortably to chat, play board games, or simply enjoy being together. Just next door, you will find the dining room, with its oval table and fireplace, making this space a warm place to savour good meals. As for the kitchen, it is modern and equipped with everything necessary: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fryer, toaster and kettle.



When evening comes, you can go and rest in one of the 5 bedrooms. The first three are located upstairs in the main house. The first, with a queen-size bed, will be ideal for a couple. The second has two single beds and can accommodate a duo, while the last one has a bunk bed that will delight children. A lovely blue bathroom with toilet completes this floor. You will find 6 other sleeping arrangements in the annex, divided into two rooms. The first is equipped with a queen-size bed, offering a soothing atmosphere, while the last one will make the younger ones happy with its bunk bed and two single beds. For even more comfort, the annex has a bathroom with toilet.



The house also has a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an independent toilet, a baby bed and a barbecue. You can park in front of the house, subject to availability (non-private spaces).
