It only takes one minute to drive or 8 minutes to walk over to the beautiful Nokomis beach on Casey Key. Supermarkets, gas stations, banks, restaurants, bike/boat/kayak and jet ski rentals are close by. There are only three condos on the property. Calm neighborhood with lots of palm trees and other tropical plants. Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee on the patio. Walking through the bridge to the island, you can watch boaters sometimes followed by dolphins on the intercoastal waterway. We provide beach accessories. Free on site parking. Absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just an easy walk to the beach. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including all the beach equipment, which made our trip so much easier. The new washer dryer were great bonus as well. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended five star!

The condo was quaint, clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The 1 bathroom was small, even for one person, but with a little adjustment of where to put our toiletries, it was fine. There is only one restaurant nearby, POPs, and it was within walking distance. It was not as good as described in our YouTube research, but we did find other options in nearby Venice. Publix was around the corner and great for picking up and cooking in. We enjoyed this condo and would stay again.
