Fabulous

Property was more beautiful in person. Very clean, beds were very comfortable with a lot of space. All 3 bedrooms were very spacious with room to move around. The outdoor space was awesome! From the pool to the rooftop deck to the outdoor kitchen! It was nice to have a gas grill to cook meals and the best part
the commercial ice machine and outdoor speakers, those small perks were great! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect location for Aruba getaway

This house is amazing! Great location, layout and amenities! Short drive to beaches and nightlife. The pool and hottub are fantastic. The condition and upkeep is perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed house great location

We had 4 adults and 2 17yo boys The house was everything and then some!! The owners provided just about anything needed to enjoy the vacay. We didn’t lack anything at the house. The commercial ice machine was awesome!!! The ramp into the house was great for me who uses a motorized scooter. Armando was great!!! He had drinks and snacks for us when we arrived. He even asked if I needed a seat for the shower and put it together right then for me! the kitchen was well supplied. The house was in a great location. Close to several beaches. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for sharing your house with us Shannon. We absolutely loved it

Outstanding Stay

Beautiful house with all the accommodations you need to enjoy Aruba. House is decorated beautifully. Very clean with very open floor plans. Deck was amazing We really enjoyed the Hot tub and roof top deck. Pool has a huge bar with commercial ice maker The lounge chairs and tables make the pool area very relaxing. Highly recommend this house and we would love to come back. Diane Boucher

Amazing

We were visiting Aruba for my fiance birthday and it was his first time there. I chose Topaz 30 and it did not disappoint. Shannon was amazing and if I had a issue she responded quickly. Armondo the property manager was also great. He stays on the property but doesn't bother you. Our flight got in early and we were able to check in early. The house is beautiful. It was clean and decorated nicely. The photos are just as you see them. We enjoyed the house so much we really didn't do much but relax. We would most definitely recommend staying at Topaz 30. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Shannon and Armondo for a lovely and effortless stay.

Outstanding Stay!

The house and amenities are second to none. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The location of the home is ideal - tucked away in a small quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. The roof deck and jacuzzi were superb to relax in the evening with the incredible Aruba breeze always present. Our children lived in the pool from when they woke up to when we returned from our day. It was nice to find the deep end of the pool was about 5.5 feet, so there was plenty of room to swim. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely home and can't wait to return!

All the Comforts

Well equipped house with many different spaces to enjoy. Roof deck was large and appropriately breezy. Property management was quick to resolve any house issues that arose. Blue tooth sound system was enjoyed in all the different spaces.

Excellent Vacation

Our vacation was amazing. The owners take a vested interest in making your vacation experience top notch. The property is new and tastefully decorated throughout the interior and exterior living spaces. The expansive outdoor kitchen area, commercial ice machine, and rooftop lounging area with hot tub was a definite plus. While the location is close to Palm Beach area, it also gives you a sense of total privacy. Thank you Shannon and Mike for sharing your home. We will definitely book again.
