Very nice new home overall. The sewer smell was an ongoing issue and we found no way to get rid of it in the poolside bedroom and bathroom. Bedrooms could use more clothes storage space and small things like toilet paper holders in the bathrooms etc. Barking dogs were an issue at times and the home directly behind kept many birds which could be very noisy especially the roosters early morning. We got used to the birds eventually. Host did not respond to all our questions adequately.

Cozy little vacation home!

The house and everything in it seemed brand new. Very comfortable and great layout. It had everything we needed including great chairs and a cooler for the beach. We really didn’t see many people in the neighborhood. The house next door has two dogs that are kept in a kennel in the yard adjacent to the fence and they do tend to bark a lot. The house behind the rental has large tropical birds outside in cages which can also be quite noisy. The pool was perfect.The only complaint was that one of the bathrooms kept getting a sewage smell that came and went all week. More storage like a dresser or a closet in the bedrooms would be very useful as well as toilet paper holders and towel racks in the bathrooms.
