This 3-Bedroom Penthouse at The Turquoise Building of Blue Residences is located on the top floor (8th floor) with an amazing ocean view from every angle of the terrace. Modern Furniture, relaxing colors, this beach apartment will make your family vacation or reunion memorable. From this two-level condo you will enjoy spectacular 180-degree views of the Caribbean. The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen and a Living/Dining room area, a full bathroom, and a beautiful terrace.

Lower level features three bedrooms and small tv- room. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Master bedroom features a king-size bed, a relaxing chair, long and open closet, nice master bathroom and a balcony to view the ocean and feel its fresh breeze. Second bedroom also features view to the ocean and a king-size bed. Third bedroom with two nice double-size beds has a view to the Bubali Bird Sanctuary. Small TV room in lower level for kids to chill and play while adults relax at the terrace on the upper level.

Nearby you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, water sports, casinos, ATM, food market and golf at Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship golf course or at the striking and conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course.

Beautiful views

Loved everything about our 9 day stay. Very clean and lots of room for a family of 8 ( 6 adults and 2 children) plus a extra sofa bed that we never used, also well supplied with beach chairs and an easy walk across the street to beach, the pool was clean at all times. Absolutely recommend staying here, the staff was always attentive and kind. A car is needed to get around.

FANTASTIC! I can't say enough about this beautiful Penthouse! The views are AMAZING. The grounds are so well kept, people are constantly working to keep it clean and everyone is so friendly. You feel very secure with the security guards at the gate. Each room was beautifully decorated. So far this is the best condo that we have ever stayed at. Front desk customer service was the best! LOVED LOVED LOVED everything about this place! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Spacious penthouse

Wonderful place - we had 6 staying there - plenty of space, 4 full bathrooms, 2 stories - very clean, full kitchen, multiple pools, decent enough gym, only issue is its a bit of a walk to restaurants or good beaches - maybe 8 or 10 minutes or so.

The views were amazing. Breath taking and just beautiful. The penthouse was very pleasant and well maintained. Our only suggestion would be some type of handrails in the showers. No fault of the property, but our 4 year old granddaughter fell on the steps at the pool and gashed her head the first day. A trip to the ER and she was bandaged but no pool for 48 hours. That was disappointing but again, no ones fault. We truly had a wonderful vacation and would like to return some day. We will share our experience and your property with friends. Your place was everything (and more) than we could have imagined. Many thanks.

We spent 10 nights in this gorgeous VRBO. The space was amazing. You enter on the top floor a/k/a penthouse (8th floor) & it is an open floor plan. Kitchen, Dining area, Livingroom & a bathroom. There are sliders out to the deck which has a dining seating area, gas grill & couches to relax on. This view is amazing & the sunsets directly in front of you. You go down the stairs to the bedroom area. There is a couch area with a TV & 3 Bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The stackable washer/dryer is located behind the couch area. The master bedroom is huge & has a balcony. Beds are super comfortable. It is awesome that the 2nd bedroom with a king sized bed also has a view of the ocean along with the master bedroom. Place was decorated so nice and was very clean. Only thing I would suggest to the owner is to purchase a couple good non-stick frying pans. There are 3 different size ones there but everything sticks to the bottom including eggs! Just one of my pet peeves as I like to cook! The Infinity pools are wonderful. The view from the pools to the ocean is beautiful. Very comfortable loungers. Don't forget to bring your towel clips & bands to hold your towels down! Seemed windier this year than 2 years ago. One of our favorite restaurants was Madame Jannette's. Make a reservation on Open Table & you won't be disappointed! Bring your appetite as the portions are large. We did not rent a car. Used a taxi to go everywhere. Cost was less. Absolutely loved this place!

Perfect family vacation

My wife and I visited Aruba 5 years ago and decided to bring our entire family - 3 kids (ages 11, 9, 7) - with us to enjoy the beautiful island of Aruba. This was the PERFECT condo for our family of 5. Check in was easy - Ursula is the absolute best. The Property was kept very clean. The condo itself was even better than the pictures indicated - which is rare. What a beautiful view from the 2 level penthouse suite! The 3 bedrooms were perfect, as my wife and I stayed in the master, my daughter stayed in the other main bedroom, and the boys shared the room with 2 full size beds. We were within walking distance to Eagle Beach, as well as the nice little beach across the street. We rented a jeep and explored all the great things the island has offer. Everything was within a short 10-15 min drive. Overall - this was a 10/10 experience. If/when we come back to Aruba - we will be staying here. Thank you for the great memories!
