This newly build two story home located on the first floor provides comfortable interior design and all bedrooms come with his/her dressing rooms, large living and dining area and adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Step on your private balcony to experience a romantic sunset or walk through the lush tropical garden courtyard to the inviting outdoor poolside seating area, to enjoy a stunning Caribbean skyline. The pool area includes an outdoor grill for your pleasure. Las Islas is located on Palm Beach right off the busy strip with only minutes walking distance to Aruba’s High Rise hotels, best restaurants, casinos, shopping malls and beaches.

Conveniently located
Property was centrally located. Easy to walk to the Main Street where all the restaurants are. Nice size rooms and bathrooms. Marco was easy to reach. They have beach chairs and a cooler for you to use. Even gave a refrigerator with a few beers, sodas and waters. I would recommend staying here. Currently construction going on behind the building but didn’t bother us.

A Great Beach Getaway
Great condo complex-just behind the Hyatt. Short walk to a beautiful beach-easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. Marco was very responsive in making recommendations and answering any questions. The pool was very nice-felt like your own private pool. Kitchen was equipped well-although we did not cook!! The barbecue was a nice addition and if we stayed longer would have definitely cooked a few meals there. Laundry was free and the machines looked new. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location... no rental car needed
Marco and his colleagues were easy to reach via text or email. The location is good and within walking distance to beaches/ nightlife/restaurants. The property is as depicted in the photos. The only issue had to due with construction in surrounding area which created dust on patio/ deck furniture. Once it is all completed and back roads paved this should help with that issue. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and were close enough to everything that we didn't need a rental car. Taxis were reasonably priced. Would recommend if you're looking for a more residential property as opposed to resort style accommodations which was what our group was looking for and why we booked here.

A perfect week in Aruba
A wonderful week — this was our third time staying at Las Islas. The central location (walking distance to beach and restaurants) and amenities made this a perfect place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Home AWAY From HOME
Great communication w/Marco and he was willing to accommodate any of our needs. Met us upon arrival and during checkout. Even had some soda, water and beers for arrival. This property is as described. Located on a beautiful lot w a handful of other condos and shared pool and laundry facilities just a short walk to the main strip of palm beach and then back to your quiet sanctuary. Condo was stocked w all essentials including toilet paper, beach towels, chairs and cooler etc. This is my second time staying at this complex but first w/Marco and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
