This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is in the gated community of Palma Real. It’s perfect for a family of 5. The property is about an 8-12 minute walk or 2-minute drive from the heart of the Palm Beach area, where all the restaurants, activities, shopping, and its white sandy beach are located.
The apartment has an open-plan living room, an air-conditioned kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with a Master bedroom King size bedroom, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed & two full bathrooms. The living room provides a nice sitting area and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a washer and dryer in the unit itself.
The residence offers a community atmosphere featuring two large community pools where you can sit back and relax.

Utilities
The total rate includes 15% tax, US $ 150, – final cleaning and allowance for water and electricity in the amount of 15, -US$ per night, this is more than plenty for your stay, and Wireless Internet.

Safe and quiet

This was our first family vacation out of the USA and safety was our top priority. The gated townhomes with security in front definitely felt safe. This is in a quiet part of north Aruba but still close enough to many of the known beaches and tourist attractions by car. I highly recommend renting a car. Communication with management was easy and fast via Whatsapp. The unit itself was very clean and the pictures and description shown are on point. They have a pool which was a plus for my kids to cool down and have fun after a hot day of touring/beach. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe place to stay after being out in the busier sections of Aruba, then this is the perfect place for a family.

I cant say enough about this property. We were a bit weary about booking a spot with little reviews to go on. From what I understand, this condo is new to the rental market. The communication from the hosts were top notch. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There are three pools and my little guy loved the waterslide. Its close walking distance to the beach and there are some incredibly restaurants right across the road. The hosts organized a car rental for us. The rental company picked us up at the airport and had the car waiting for us at the condo. The entire stay was seamless. I look forward to coming back.
