Relax with your friends and family in this extraordinary home neighboring Palm Beach in Aruba. Located in the Tuscany Residence Area of Aruba this house is in the perfect spot for a quick drive or 12 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. Adjacent to the Ritz Carlton and the Marriott we are an easy walk to the Moomba Beach Bar as well as the kite surfing beach area. A short drive toward the California Lighthouse will bring you to Malmok and Arashi Beaches-- often a little quieter than the busier Palm Beach.

This 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home has been meticulously maintained and is well appointed with all of your vacation needs including a private pool. Includes a newly renovated bedroom and full bathroom adjacent to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and appliances that one could want whether in your own home or on vacation. A private gate secures the home and you will be greeted upon arrival by our rental manager Sartini. She will give you a complete explanation of all that you might need to know during your stay on Aruba. Sartini will also be available during your stay should you have any questions about the house or area.

The most wonderful part of the home is the private oasis in the back yard. Complete with dining area, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, grill area, and private pool. A perfect place to rest and relax following a day at the beach or shopping in town.

The villa was just as pictured. It was clean, large, roomy, well equiped and tranquil. The beach was just a couple of minutes drive. This house truly has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, whether that be going out or staying by the beautiful pool area. The pool was clean and had large floats to relax in. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to make delicious meals. If you choose to go to the beach there are a few beach chairs provided, Honestly there was nothing we were missing in this beautiful home. Both Sartini and the Jones family were very responsive. Sartini checked in on us daily to see if we needed anything and answered texts quickly. They provide information not only about the house but about the area. In the living room there is a little nook work area and on the desk there was a booklet they created with information about the island. Our family loved this house immensely and would definitely recommend it!!

Perfect Location

Poolside Bliss and Prime Location!

Incredible stay at this beautiful accommodation in Aruba. The pool was absolutely amazing - a refreshing oasis that made every morning and evening feel like a luxurious escape. The entire property was immaculately clean, a testament to the care and attention put into maintaining a comfortable environment for guests. The location was perfect just minutes away from stunning beaches, fantastic shopping, and a great selection of restaurants. Whether a relaxing day at the beach or a lively night out, everything was conveniently in reach. Overall this place exceeded our expectations.

Would Book Again!

We’ve traveled all over and stayed at places triple the cost and found this to be a GREAT villa! The villa just had everything we needed to be comfortable there and to enjoy the area! It’s a quiet residential area and felt private, yet safe. There are cameras with a viewing TV in the kitchen, if you care to check out the outside of the house. You can also turn cameras off. Bath and beach towels were great quality and plentiful. Each bathroom and bedroom was pretty equal aside from a double twin bedroom that lacked a private bath, but was certainly suitable. Household starter supplies covered us the whole week! Comfy beds. Cold A/C. Breezy covered and uncovered patio and pool area. Close to Palm Beach and close enough to anywhere really. Even during a prime holiday week, there was no traffic and both parking and restaurants had no wait for a table. We loaded up chairs and a tent we brought and drive to a different beach every day. Chargers in every room, towel clips for chaise lounges, great quality and numerous beach chairs and pool toys, hooks to hang items to dry, snack bag clips, plentiful kitchen supplies 
. all these things made a difference!

Amazing Property for Large Families

There were 8 of us adults and the house had plenty of space for all! It is located very close to everything! We very much enjoyed the pool area and it was a great area to relax and be together. They have thought of everything from bluetooth speakers, phone charging cables to beach supplies. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. Communication was also great!

Birthday celebration

I celebrated my 70th birthday with my hubby and 6 friends. The property was amazing and we all enjoyed it and the ambiance it provided. I would recommend this property to anyone considering Aruba. Also it seems previous guests left condiments, etc., which helped because food is very expensive and it was less to purchase. I would also advise check out the kitchen before you shop for food. I’ll be back (in my Arnold S voice lol)

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at this rental. The pool area was great and all rooms were well appointed. The area around the pool does get slippery including the patio so be sure to watch that small children don't run and slip. There were a good number of beach chairs, coolers, floats and some snorkeling equipment which was wonderful to use at the many beaches on Aruba. We did have a rental car and easily got around to food and beach areas. Baby and Arashi beach were strong highlights for us.

Beautiful Property in a great Neighborhood

We were 9 of us in two families, the place was centrally located and we took advantage of the place and was able to spend quality time with the family. If we decide to go back to Aruba I will surely like to go rent this place again. The place was packed with stuff and was very well maintained.

Amazing location and awesome hosts!

The property is close to so many great beaches and only a few minutes away to all the great nightlife. Our favorite beaches were Divi and Arashi. The house was perfect for our adult trip with four couples. We each had our own room with bathroom. The backyard is amazing with the pool and we hung out there all the time. The pool table was a plus and the extra apartment was great. The managers Sartini and Rose were wonderful and checked in on us throughout our stay. They also recommended a chef we got for our last night and Chef Ilja and his assistant Sarah were awesome! I highly recommend hiring Chefs Aruba for your stay. We will probably come back with our kids and we will definitely stay here again!
