As a Marriott Vacation Club property, your villa is assigned by the resort at check-in within the ocean view category. Floor placement cannot be guaranteed, but all ocean view units deliver beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.

Upon check-out, guests pay the following government-mandated fees directly to the resort (not included in the rental rate): $3/night government fee, a one-time $25 levy fee, and timeshare tax of approximately $17.22/night.
