Newer House With 4 Master Bedrooms And 5 Bath

This newly built 2017 Spanish villa fully decked out with a nice pool. Everything imported from Mexico. Saltillo Tile, modern retro bathrooms and open floor plan. Every room has a master suite with king size bed. The house was designed with an open floor plan in mind. Right when you walk through the door and see the pool, you feel the tropical feeling. The maids come daily to do the dishes, clean the bathrooms, clean the floors and do the beds. There is free WiFi, and a computer with high speed internet. Big rooms, lots of space, beach is close by, great pool and back yard in the very quiet area called RUBY. Everything is new and the completion is due for November 19th. The Spanish architecture through out the house will make you feel like your in Mexico, but an added touch of the Caribbean puts you over the top. Very close by is Malmok beach and Arashi beach. Your 1 minute away from Golfing at Tierra Del Sol. 3 Minute drive to Palm Beach and the Ritz Carlton. Take advantage of the pricing, it won't last. Our maids and property manager are there to help your stay be nice and comfortable. Each towel has a logo of the Spanish Conquistador, white towels made of Egyptian cotton towels. The pool was built in mind of you the tourist. Shallow chill pool with a baby entrance to the pool. Relax under the pation and remember, each room has large plasma TV's so you feel at home.

Great time at a totally cool well stocked property. Jenny was excellent and the owner Kane was very supportive and understanding when our flight home was delayed by two days! Great place to stay and would easily visit again.

Perfect family rental

Loved the spaciousness of this house. A great find offering 4 king bedrooms with en suites and a pool! Absolutely perfect for our family. Only wish there was a working grill as we are big grillers. Would check back for availability should we return again.

Lovely rental house

This is the second time we stayed at Ruby 40 and again we were not disappointed!! This is a lovely home in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood!!! It’s quiet and not in the middle of all the hotels! Easy drive to beaches and to restaurants and grocery stores! Jenny is wonderful to work with and is available to answer questions and comes anytime you need her at the house!

This house was better than expected. Great quality in the furnishings.It would be nice if there was a code to get in versus having to arrange to meet the housekeeper. Lovely house on Aruba

With four large bedrooms it made it super easy for our family with grown children and significant others to all feel like there was plenty of room. The house is kept up well and lots of small amenities really make a difference! I would book it again.

Ruby 40 is a gem!

Out stay at Ruby 40 was excellent. It was difficult to find since there are very few street signs but we finally made it! Jenny met us there and gave us a great tour of the house. Great house!!

We have been to the island three time now and this was one of the best houses for the lay out. When we had one little issue they were there immediately to fix it. The host who greeted us Jenny is amazing and so sweet. She is so nice and so friendly!!! I would definitely stay again and look forward to again!!

Relaxation.

The stay was overall great. The Housekeeper Jennie was really nice. The owner Kane was great too. Very accommodating. The property is listed as new and I’d recommend the description to be modified to reflect actuality. The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were clean. The pool was clean and refreshing and location of the neighborhood is exactly where we wanted to be. We will definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time!

We were 4 couples and this house was perfect! Jenny is a great hostess. I enjoyed meeting her! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house suited our needs wonderfully from having 4 king size bed rooms with their own attached bath to the back lanai with a well tended pool and the well stocked kitchen was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to our choice of beaches and restaurants. This rental was a huge part of how much we enjoyed spending time with friends in Aruba.

Awesome house!

We will definitely return; The house was stocked with towels and beach chairs; wifi always worked. The layout of the house was great for us as we were two couples and used opposite sides of the house. The house was very spacious. We had a couple of meals there and hired a private chef one night who brought everything including dishes. In the a.m. we would walk to the beach and back 20 min each way.

Clearly a 5 Star property! I would definitely rent this property again! Celebrated my birthday with two other couples and were very pleased with the property and management. Jenny was very helpful and Kane was a very easy to work with. The property is as advertised and more. The location was excellent and convenient to everything, but away from the normal tourist crowd. Safe community with an alarm system. The beach chairs in the garage were a good surprised and used daily.

Magnificent Home in Aruba

The house is just amazing! So much room for any size family. My wife and I had the best time of our lives in Aruba. So many things to do and keep you busy throughout your stay. Kane and the housekeeper, Jennie were wonderful to work with. The house was very clean and the pool was so relaxing. The location is about 2 mins from the beaches and casinos. Local grocery store is about 1 minute drive down the road. You cant go wrong with this gorgeous and spacious home that is practically brand new. We will be back!

Everything was nice and clean. We rented a crib which was very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress was not delivered with the crib. Otherwise, very nice property!
