In the centre of Norden, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery, café, pedestrian zone 200 m, bus stop "ZOB Norden" 500 m, railway station "Norden Bahnhof" 500 m, sandy beach "Norddeich" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 6 km, minigolf 5 km, sports centre 1.5 km. The bicycle cellar has a charging station for e-bikes. It is a KfW efficiency house standard 40 with geothermal energy.
