Located in NORDDEICH—just about 300 m from the North Sea—is this beautiful upper-floor apartment, “Sonnenschein,” with a southwest-facing balcony at Kolkstraße 34.

The vacation rental (for up to 4 people) is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The floors are fully tiled. There are exterior blinds throughout the entire apartment. The shower room (with a low-entry shower) features underfloor heating.

Large living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, freezer compartment, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, tabletop grill, etc., radio/CD player, flat-screen TV (101 cm), and DVD player. The cozy L-shaped sofa was purchased in November 2023.

2 bedrooms (1 double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m (new mattresses in April 2022) and 1 loft bed (lower bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m (new mattress in May 2023, safety rail for installation included), upper bed 0.90 m x 2.00 m (new mattress in October 2023)). There is a second TV in the bedroom with the double bed. Both bedrooms and the hallway are equipped with smoke detectors. Shower/toilet with washing machine.

A high chair and a travel crib (with an additional foldable mattress, comforter, and pillow), as well as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach toys, and a handcart are available free of charge. Balcony with furniture.

The apartment is powered by NöRDER strom natur, meaning 100% renewable energy and no nuclear power!

The vacation rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
