Walking distance from shopping, L.C.B.O., restaurants, golf, mini-golf, zip-lining, fishing, and water sports. Sea-Doo/ boat rentals and boat launches are available in the area. Only a short 5 min walk to the beach and many other tourist attractions. The cottage also has a 55" plasma TV, wood stove, a large side yard for games, and a fire pit in the back yard. Great summer family getaway! Very nice wrap-around covered deck in the front of the cottage and a huge covered deck in the back for those nice rainy days in the summer

Owners promote "FAMILY" vacations ONLY!
It is important for all renters to understand that our cottage is not designed for large party groups.

WE EXPECT RENTERS TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS and to keep the noise down to a minimum at all times. Please remember, that we will only consider renters who are seeking a quiet vacation escape with us.

The owners will not tolerate any yelling, screaming, loud music, or out-of-control behaviors by any of the renters that may cause a disturbance to our neighbors. Failure to observe our guidelines will result in the termination of your rental with NO refund or possible future rentals.

PRIME TIME Rentals: summer months JULY & AUGUST are week bookings
Check-In Time: SATURDAY 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: the following Saturday 11:00 a.m.


A contract will need to be filled out and returned to the owner in order to hold your booking.

A deposit via E-Transfer, Cash $300.00 is required to hold your booking, non-refundable. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival via E-Transfer. A $300.00 Security/Damage Deposit is also due at this time and will be refunded via E-Transfer, Cash within 5 days of check out, assuming no damages or extra cleanup is required.
