Good hotel for our stay. Clean room, quiet. Staff was good on check-in. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but covered the basis. We just needed a place to stay for the night while travelling and it worked fine.

Awful.

Last minute booking so I didn't have time to look at other reviews. Bed was barely made. Mildew or mold on wall behind door. Tub was stained and had some debris left in it. This is an old school motel set up and parking was less than accommodating. Glad I didn't set anything of mine down on the furniture as there are several reviews indicating the presence of bed bugs at this establishment. I wasn't about to find out if that was the case with my room so I left.

No one came to the desk to check me in I stood there for and hour calling the hotel and ringing the bell and not a soul anywhere. I left and paid for a room at another hotel and would like my money back and to warn anyone who even thinks of staying here don't do it it's dirty and not even staffed at night!

This is an old property that needs updating. The worst part is the bathroom sink wasn't at all clean. The sofa in the room was good for putting a suitcase on but was very old and not very clean. The bedding was clean and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Don't say here for the breakfast. They had a waffle maker but the syrup was empty and no one was around to fill it.

It's not bad and I wish there were more variety of breakfast options. It's a business center that's not accessible to guest which makes it difficult to conduct business on a business trip. It was a quiet stay and located in a convenient place with food options.

the room didnt have much for electrical outlets, had to move the bed to find an extension/cheap power strip. Floor was filthy under the bed. No hot water in the shower-- ran water 15 minutes and still tap cold. Shower needs a thorough cleaning. Went to check out, no one at front desk. Rang bell, no response. Photos when I booked were very deceiving, to say the least

Pictures were deceiving online. Was not impressed when I walked in the room. Room was old and falling apart. Falling a part. Only two lamps in the room. No ceiling lights. Heard everything outside. Bed was hard. Pillows were not much. Bed sheets were short for the kind size bed.

We were in Norfork for Thanksgiving at our daughters. So we didn't want to pay high dollar for a room. Our stay was affordable and offered breakfast, which was a plus. Our room was on the ground floor. We parked in front of our room door. After entering we noticed there was paint peeling around the door. And it wascold in the room. We turned up the heater. We both wanted to shower before going to bed. We noticed that there were several black fingerprints on the bathroom walls, and a half empty shampoo bottle with the lid off of it was left in the tub. There was also a hair on the wall. I had to clean off the toilet seat before using it. The bed had been changed and remade. It was clean. We noticed cold air coming through the crack in the closed door. We ended up putting a blanket at the bottom of the door a d hung one up to keep the cold air from coming in. We spoke to the front desk person about the room not being clean. They sent someone to clean it while we were out for the day.
