Pool was too cold to go swimming in as pool area wasn't heated. One of the reasons I was willing to pay as much for the room was the pool and I couldn't even swim in it. Bought another night to extend my stay(didn't realize pool was unusable yet) and was charged $50 early check in fee despite staying in the same room. Ended up paying $150 to the room for one night. Never will I stay here again and maybe not at a another choice hotel. The employees just shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry" at every issue but made no attempt to resolve the issue.

Place was very clean front desk friendly. Quiet rooms no one just hanging around. One small issue..lack of pillows. We had a King size bed with 3 very small pillows not even full size. Did ask front desk and was given 2 more small pillows, besides that it was good. Would come back but with my own pillow.

Overnight stay visiting family

My hotel stay was good.The staff had manners n were very helpful.I asked for a extra pillow and the young lady went n found one.Check in was good with no issues.The hotel was in ok condition. My room was good the bed was comfortable .I didn't c any bugs or stains on anything.The bathroom needs a deeper cleaning around the shower.Other than that I had no problem.Overall I give it 7 out of 10.
