This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage features modern upgrades throughout. The living space boasts hardwood style floors and ample natural, and bulb lighting. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stylish backsplash. Both bedrooms are spacious with ample closet space, and the bathrooms are elegantly updated with contemporary fixtures and finishes.



The Space:

Living in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage will feel like a perpetual vacation. The airy, light-filled spaces with coastal decor create a serene, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere.



Each of the bedrooms features a queen size bed with fresh linens ready to cover you after a day spent at the beach.



There are two bathrooms in the cottage, newly updated and ready for you. Lather products are provided for your initial arrival and hair dryers are always provided during your stay.



Mornings start with coffee in the fully equipped kitchen and evenings end with sunsets close to the ocean breeze, just steps away from your front door.

Ocean View Avenue anchors the area, lined with unpretentious seafood joints, long-standing diners, and locally owned shops that have served generations. You’ll find live music on warm nights, community festivals, and a deep appreciation for life by the water. Whether you're paddle boarding at sunrise, grabbing a cold drink at a bayside bar, or just enjoying the view from your front steps, Ocean View offers more than just a beach—it offers a lifestyle rooted in simplicity, salt air, and a welcoming spirit you’ll feel right away.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
