An older property. Our room was renovated, clean and comfortable. Just spent a night passing through. We were getting in late and there was no problem. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating.

I googled ‘cleanest motel in Norfolk’ and all the reviews about the Bay Inn were so positive! Sure enough, it was super clean and also affordable. The owners/staff are amazing and the property is lovely - we have already booked it again for next week when we come back to town!

Overnight stay for cruise

This was a very cute hotel and very clean. Redone inside the room and was very comfortable. It was in a nice area and close to the cruise parking lot. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
