Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. All amenities where working correctly. Many channels to view on the TV. The property was clean and the rooms where upto date.

The staff was great and fixed a minor issue right away. (It would have been more helpful to have had the office number posted in the room by the room phone so I didn’t have to look it up on my own. Just a suggestion.) The bed was weird. Whenever I moved around, the mattress somehow hit something underneath that thunked, so it sometimes was hard to fall asleep because of that. Otherwise, I felt safe, the rate was reasonable, and the room and bathroom were very nice! I plan on staying there again this summer.

This place is a diamond in the rough. I almost don’t want to leave a good review for fear it’ll be booked when I want to stay here. Clean, cozy and friendly. Stayed 2x and will stay anytime I need a room in norfolk. A few minutes walk to the beach.

The owners always make this a great experience. We’ve stayed there for the past three years over Thanksgiving, as we visit family that lives nearby. It’s a great spot.

The staff were very friendly! The room was very clean and I loved the courtyard. I emjoyed walking on the beaxh each day during my stay. I also enjoyed the fabulous public library just a block away.

My stay was great! A little skeptical at first but was at ease after meeting staff and seeing room. For the price I was expecting something a lil less than what I got. Area was nice and peaceful.
