Had to wait 2.5 hours to check in, Rooms were unsleepable and we left during the night cause it was so bad. Felt unsafe.

Terrible property! 1.Shower didn't work, 2. Water leaked from the ceiling, 3. TV didn't work, 4. Bed sheets and comforters were dirty, 5. Face and hand towels looked dingy, and 6. I couldn't reach management until the morning. I pre-paid for two nights but I left after one night (because of the condition of the property). The property didn't want to give me a refund. Still, I went to stay in a different (and better) hotel the second night. A terrible experience!!
Shower didn't work and water leaked from the ceiling.

I called ahead to see if I had to pay a security deposit for the hotel and the front desk clerk proceeded to tell me that she had to cancel my reservation because the rooms did not have working air conditioners, and she would provide a refund and then the next morning when I attempted to get my refund the front desk staff blatantly lied and try to deny my refund saying that I could’ve checked in and they would’ve helped me with the air after threatening to sue them. They finally gave me my money back.

The TV didn't work, the light in the bathroom didn't work, there was a puddle of water in the room by the front door, and the room had bugs flying around. The worse place I've ever stayed in!!!! I'm frustrated... When I tried calling the front desk, no one picked up.... I really want my money back...

My wife and I had a terrible experience here. We booked the room as a non smoking room only to get there and have the room smell heavily of cigarettes. Not only this, there were also several cigarette burns on the bedding as well as stains. The bathroom light did not work and the bottom of the bathtub was brown. The room was disgusting. After seeing the state of the room, we decided to not stay the night and ask for a refund. While talking to a receptionist, they claimed that the smell was from the upstairs neighbors and brushed it off when I brought up the burns in the sheets. They then refused to give a refund and would not budge. Don’t stay here if you want an enjoyable trip.
