Check In Fail

I walked in and spoke in my happy voice because I teach Customer Service in a very large hospital system. To my dismay I only received a very dry return "Are you checking in" folled by " I need your ID". Kenyon who checked me in did not start the experience off well. One of the other guest waiting asked if the pool was open and he glared at her for a moment with a snappy reply of the time it closes. Please review Customer Service skills with him. Other than his unpleasantness the rest of the stay was fine.

It was a very clean and comfortable stay the mattress as so comfy! Close to the highway for early morning travel it was great.

Unfortunately, the first room I got had not been cleaned. The second room was pristine and well stocked with amenities. It was simple to get a new room. Desk staff was efficient.
