Blue is conveniently and centrally located - close to Park Circle, Riverfront Park, downtown Charleston, beaches and the airport. Blue welcomes everyone; solo travelers, couples, families and friends! Blue caters to your needs - business or pleasure!

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Park Circle - just a ten minute walk away!

The area offers a bit of everything for everyone. Neatly tucked in by the Cooper river, Park Circle is an up and coming and vibrant community It is a lively and has a bit of character and 'industrial' vibes.

Park Circle checks the box in so many areas; nightlife, eateries, outdoor venues, wine bars, breweries, distilleries and so much more.

Closeby is the perfectly set Riverfront Park which occasionally is the home for Charleston area's biggest events. Not to mention the highly rated restaurant within the park.

Awesome location, less than 20 minutes to anything you could want to do in Charleston. Clean house, nice neighborhood, easy check-in. Backyard was great for grilling and hanging out. Patrick was possibly the most accessible host we've ever had. We didn't need much, but he was Johnny on the spot.This place was was great. Made our spring break with the kids. Do yourself a favor and book this place. You won't be disappointed.

Great location and great attentiveness

This was in the perfect location for us. We were able to walk to the restaurants in Park Circle in one direction and the Riverfront Park in the other direction. Great backyard for our Golden Doodle. The house was very well appointed and Patrick (host) was so gracious and attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Week

The location is great with eating/drinking options within walking distance as well as many other restaurants and activities within a very short drive. On top of that, the neighborhood is perfectly located to get to downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, etc. very quickly. The fenced in yard is excellent for kids and pets and the house is perfect to relax in as well. Full recommendation from our family to stay at Blue Ranch!

BLUE RANCH

I loved my stay at the Blue Ranch ! The neighborhood was great (beautiful area and within Walking distance to Park Circle and great Restaurants) The home was beautiful and so clean ! The furniture and beds were so comfortable! Great neighborhood to walk my dogs and the fenced in backyard was perfect for my babies ! Patrick was so nice and very attentive (just a wonderful host and would definitely stay at the Blue Ranch again ! Thank you Patrick for a wonderful stay in Charleston !

Our flights were unpredictable for our trip to CHS on November 13th so we called an audible and decided to drive, bring our 2 pups and find a place to stay. We were thrilled to find Blue Ranch. We were unfamiliar with North Charleston but Patrick answered all our questions and was a great help, not to mention incredibly responsive, which is hard to come by these days. We loved the area, the home, the yard and the king size bed was so comfortable. Although the 11 hour road trip was rough, we had a great trip, went to a beautiful wedding, visited with friends, made new friends and can’t wait to come back. We even have a realtor! Thanks so much Patrick! We loved calling your home, our home for 5 days.

Weekend in Charleston

Last minute trip to Charleston for Mother’s Day and celebrate our son turning 20! Highly recommend the Blue Ranch. Great location close to Park Circle w lots of cool shops and great food. Great accommodations… clean and nicely decorated with attention to detail. Extremely comfy beds and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances and cookware. Perfect fenced in back yard to accommodate our mini Aussie. The property manager Patrick made us feel very welcome with a few extra touches. Look forward to planning another trip.

Walking weekend

Great location near Firefly Distillery and Holy City Brewing, no driving needed! Well stocked and nice decor made for a comfy stay. Great communication with owner, first property to give me a heads up about a couple of problems that need to be addressed, better than a surprise upon arrival. The main drawback was an unpleasant back yard with broken glass which made us not comfortable walking the dog there. There were also 2 broken driveway lights which should have been spotted by the cleaning crew.
