Located just .9 miles from the Chatham Bars Inn and 1.3 Miles from Main Street, this 6 bedroom 6 full bath luxury home sleeps 14 comfortably. Featuring a heated salt water pool and spa, this home is the definition of a Chatham luxury property with 5400 sq ft of living space. Across the street is the home's path to the beach with its ever changing views of Aunt Lydias Cove, Chatham Harbor and Tern Island.
As you enter the home you walk up a set of stairs to a covered porch. Inside, the home is split into two separate wings connected by a breezeway. The main wing features a gourmet kitchen with an oversized island, multiple sitting/living areas, dining room with a table that sits 14, access to the decks with outdoor dining table and natural gas grill and a lovely screened in porch. Also in this wing are three ensuite bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has a king bed; upstairs you will find a queen bedroom and a bedroom w/ 2 single beds.
The second wing of the home has a truly grand TV room, with a cloud couch for tons of seating. In this wing are the other three bedrooms. The first floor bedroom is a bunk room with 3 sets of twin bunks beds. There is a full bathroom off of the TV room for people sleeping here to use. Upstairs in this wing are two more ensuite bedrooms: one w/ a queen bed and one w/ a king bed.
The back deck has a staircase that leads down to the pool area which is enclosed in decking and features plenty of seating and lounging options. The pool is heated, salt water based and gets plenty of sunlight. The spa is next to the pool, with controls for heating, jets and lights! The pool and the spa are professional maintained and cleaned weekly for tenants.

The location, physical layout, pool and spa were lovely and the house was very well structured to host our family and extended family. The home overall itself fell short of expectations—especially considering the premium price per week. We found the house to be surprisingly under-appointed for a property in this category.There was a noticeable lack of basic kitchen essentials—insufficient serving dishes and cookware, which made preparing and serving meals for our group quite difficult.The absence of full-length mirrors in the bedrooms was also an inconvenience. The bedrooms themselves felt stark and impersonal, with no artwork or décor to bring warmth or character to the space.Additionally, the bedding was disappointing; the polyester sheets had an uncomfortable, slippery feel—more reminiscent of a waterbed than a luxury stay. For a home of this caliber, we would have expected crisp, high-quality cotton linens.There was also no home sound system available, which detracted from the ambiance we’d hoped for during our time there.There was also a notable lack of quality beach chairs, the ones available were rusty or broken and there were no umbrellas or other items such as a cooler (other than one for a six pack of soda).
We rented this property for a week in August. We were 5 adult children (18-25) and 8 adults (13 people). This property was perfect!!! More than enough room for all and the facilities (laundry and kitchen) were ideal with two washers and dryers and two dishwashers. More than enough refrigerator and freezer space. great gas grill on the back patio. The house had just been redone and it was very well done. There is a huge sectional in the less formal family room that fit all 13 of us with extra room for watching movies. All the TVs are smart TVs. The WIFI was excellent in the house (though the cell reception in Chatham was spotty for some of us). The first floor has a King size suite so my 85 year old father did not have to climb steps once in the house. The other bedroom in the first floor was the “bunk bed room” (6 bunks) with plenty of room for the 4 kids that shared the room.
The beach access is right across the street and it is maybe 300 feet to the sand.
The house is about a mile away from Main Street (where many of the shops and restaurants are). The streets to town are not really great for walking or biking since there are not sidewalks or bike paths.
