Clark checked me in and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. The room was clean and beautiful. I appreciated the quiet hours as there were numerous children on our floor. The morning breakfast was really nice and the breakfast staff were very helpful. All in all, it was a great experience and we can’t wait to return.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great too! My only issue was that we could hear, more clearly than normal, conversations, etc in other rooms.

The whole experience is wonderful, every year we stay. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and kind, the rooms are a nice size, the included breakfast is always well organized and fresh and the kids love the pool! The hotel is really close to downtown North Conway and the ski slopes. Hands town the best stay every time!

Staff were very nice and check-in was smooth and very quick. Room was extremely clean. The free breakfast was decent and had a nice variety of food to choose from, including cooking your own waffles. The area received a few inches of snow overnight and the the parking area was plowed quite early, making it easy to leave when I checked out. The location is great, minutes away from Settler's Green and other shopping, and North Conway village.
