The front desk staff at both check in and check out were possibly the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered. The hotel was clean, updated and the complimentary smores kits were an awesome bonus.

Super clean, great service, free breakfast!

We arrived very late, but even in that hour the clerk (think his name was Jacob) was alert, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our room. Fruit salad would be a nice addition to the (free!) breakfast options, but altogether a really great stay!

The property sat in a beautiful area with the mountains and near a ski lodge. It was a really nice hotel and a great place for families.

We loved that there was an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. We also really enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and the complimentary s'mores kits that were offered at the front desk! Every staff member we met was so helpful and respectful. The location was ideal for all the activities we were interested in in North Conway, Jefferson, and Bartlett. The room was very clean and lots of room for our family of 4.
