The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exterior of the facility is beautiful, as is much of the interior. The mattress was very comfortable. Our only disappointment was the bathroom ceiling needed repair...soon!

Dirty carpet everywhere. Towels are so tiny. Lobby looks great but doesn’t reflect the rest of the hotel. They need to upgrade the rooms!! All the vending machine are broken. Love the coffee machine in lobby. Non-smoking rooms should include not smoking weed. Breakfast was good value. I would not stay here again.

The property was close to stores and activities, however, both our rooms were dirty......not vacuumed, smeared, dirty mirrors and windows. The shower/toilet area was very dark, and no safety grab bars or non-skid strips in the tub. Toilet flushed extremely loud, which was disturbing at night. Towels were very thin and small....definitely not bath towel sized. Our room had no phone to call the front desk, or any info about how to reach housekeeping, or ask for any help. No tv listing line-up for any channels. My daughter's room had kibbel (dog food) under the tv stand and in the corners. Wallpaper in both rooms was peeling. Outside our rooms, which faced outside, there were cigarrette butts and leftover dog refuse. Main hallways appeared to never have been vacuumed. Covered in lint, papers and grit. Very outdated condition. Very few working electrical outlets in either room to charge devices. Mattresses were squeaky and bouncy, with horrible support. I will definitely cross this one off our list in the future.

Nothing wrong with my stay

My daughter and I were on vacation to Storyland and Santa’s Village. The hotel was a very short distance to Storyland. The playground needs some repairs but was fine. The indoor pool was really nice. Breakfast was fine. The beds clean and comfortable. I never heard the neighboring rooms. Towels were too small and rugs a bit dirty. Bring house slippers.

Sad disappointment

If you want someone to clean your room you have to ask before 11 AM. If you want fresh towels, linens, an extra blanket at night, you have to request it before 11 AM. The rooms are super outdated. We had a hard time getting our balcony door open and didnt even have a screen door for ours. The fan in the bathroom didnt work and the light was broken. Half of our lanps didnt have working light bulbs. The beds are terribly uncomfortable!!!! The staff was kind but cant help you with getting linens because you have to ask before 11AM...where is the 24/7 room service help??? Outdoor pool was freezing even on 90 degree days. Indoor pool will burn your eyes out from the chlorine. Breakfast was gross. About the only thing good was fresh fruit and cereal. Super disappointed in our stay. I dont mind something a little run down but not having someone clean rooms and replace towels was really disappointing. Only good thing is location. They need a major update and more staff im guessing.

Second time staying. Hotel is very nice, and the outdoor pool was nice. Room could have used a swiffer duster real good, and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work, but it was nice overall.

This stay was way less than expected. We booked a specific room type, with twin bunkbeds. When we arrive, we were made to wait over an hour because they had put us into a room with double beds, which did not work for our situation. Their solution was l two separate rooms NOT next to each other. They kept promising to move us that never happened. On our last night we were told we could move the next morning and stay an extra night. They called at 8 o’clock in the morning we were told to leave.

Ive stayed plenty of times at this hotel and its always been a great stay. This time the room was very dirty and wasnt ready when we went to check in. Staff always friendly but never had it dirty like this

Overall everything was ok

Cleanliness was a major issue especially the rugs, my two years old grandson found an earplug and put it in his mouth, no trash pick up in the room and the noise during the night were the major issues

Let’s see….1. We booked one night and then added 4 additional nights. We were asked to check out and move rooms which did not make sense to me. All the rooms are the same, except some have 2 beds. We packed everything up and received a call that it was ok to stay in the same room. 2. We received a call from my parents a few days later, who said that the property did not have them staying and asked them to check out ASAP. We were out enjoying our day and I had to stop, pull up the reservation and send it to my parents who showed the front desk. 3. The last 2 days there was NO HOT WATER! 4. The indoor pool was closed our entire stay because a child vomited in the pool area. Which also meant no hot tub either. 5. The room was musty and we went out to the patio and there were 2 empty hard liquor bottles on our patio. 6. The front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. 7. The coffee was really good and the breakfast was not bad, except the way they served Canadian bacon. Ewww.
