The place was ok. It was clean but dated. The listing, when we booked it, stated that a washer and dryer were in the unit but there was no washer and dryer in the unit. That was very unfortunate because we booked this unit solely on the fact that it had a washer and dryer.

The place was great. Walking distance to plenty of stores and also to trails. Very clean, well stocked with all the necessities. Both sofa beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It was okay - pull out couch didn’t lay flat and was quite uncomfortable and the apartment is in a weird area, the outside was very dirty and the complex smelled of cigarette smoke but the apartment was okay on the inside, just not worth the 240/night in my opinion.

Over priced for what you get

The property is essentially behind the grocery store parking lot. The road leading to the building has massive potholes, some so big they put cones in them. The apartment was not well maintained. The floor was covered in sand. The bed was slanted bc the wheels were removed from the foot but not the head. The sheets and pillows are clearly very old. The hot water heater is small, only 8 minutes of hot shower time. The two futons are old, lumpy and uncomfortable, one seemed to be broken as we couldn’t get it to sit full up. Would not stay there again.

Permeated with stale cigarette smoke

The unit has an overwhelming stale cigarette smoke stench. It is listed as “no smoking permitted”, but clearly, someone has been smoking in there. We even found a cigarette butt on the ground in the bedroom, which is where the smell was the worst. We are not smokers and we were very bothered by the smell. Perhaps if you are a smoker you wouldn’t mind. We left after the first night of our 3 night stay because we couldn’t take it. The host would not refund our money and said “our cleaner went in and said there is no smell whatsoever.” This is even though we sent a picture of the cigarette butt. For the price, we were expecting a pretty basic, barebones place (which it is), but we just couldn’t handle the smell. Also the police came to the building to deal with an apparent domestic dispute in the unit next door. At the same time there was a sketchy man smoking in the stairwell, and he remained there for hours. The police greeted him by first name, and not in a friendly way. This is all certainly not the fault of the host, but we did not feel safe there.

Not What We Expected

The location was good and there was plenty of parking. If there was a washer/dryer in the unit it was behind a locked door, not available for use. The TV is not 50 inches it is 42 inches. The carpet in the living room is stained and needs to be replaced. There are 2 futons in the unit, one you can not sit on as it is broken and reclined at a weird angle. The AC are portable units, the one in the bedroom is very loud and cycles on and off, which woke me up every time it happened.

Nice full kitchen we saved money by grocery shopping and eating in most nights. Sleeps 4 comfortably. A/C was nice on hot days as well.

3 nights of peace

The condo was very clean upon arrival, stocked up with clean linens and appliances! This was a very nice get away for my father, my brother and myself! Walking distance to stores and outlets. Will definitely book again!!

Nice little condo. Comfy couches and bed. Check in was so simple. The owners were communicative and quick with their responses. I'll stay here again, if it's available, the next time I go visit my daughter.

Clean and pleasant

The property itself was great, clean and convenient. The only downside was the road to the unit was a mess and ripped off two splash guards under our car. Maybe a little more notice that lower-clearance cars will have trouble accessing the parking area. The access points from the parking lot to the stairs were also extremely icy.

Yes and no

There was a delay in checking in we were told we could check in at 2:00 , we didn’t arrive till 5:30 and the cleaning lady was still finishing our room. Next day my shower was cold but fixed swiftly with a phone call to owner. The bed was very uncomfortable. But we layered it with.comforters to soften it up and the futons in the living room were crazy trying to get off on was a horror show as it crashed you to the ground and slammed back when you got up . One other thing we couldn’t get any regular tv only shows with the fire stick. Very frustrating yes it had its quirks but still a steal for the money
