It is not a party home for large groups . It is NOT a home for large drinking parties and excessive noise due to a respectful relationship with our neighbors. This exquisitely detailed home is located in the quaint town of North Conway, New Hampshire, which is known for its scenic beauty. The villa is walking distance from Cranmore Mountain Resort, known for its amazing skiing and summertime activities. It was also voted the number one ski town in the US. Known as the gem of the lakes region, North Conway has something to offer everyone. Whether you are looking for an abundance of outdoor activities to enjoy with your family like a tube ride down the Sacco River or a relaxing stroll downtown, the view of Mount Washington in the distance, makes this picturesque town even more majestic. Enjoy spectacular scenery at every turn during every season. Whether enjoying the scene of falling snowflakes from your amazing living room in front of a towering fireplace or a shopping spree downtown, this quintessential New England village will not disappoint.

This modern villa accommodates 12 people with 2 levels of living space, spanning over 4000 Sq Ft. It also includes a beautiful outdoor patio beautifully furnished complete with a modern gas fire pit for easy igniting and a gorgeous Napoleon stainless steel grill and seating for 12+ people

The upper level consists of a an open concept living room /dining room with modern furnishings, beautiful kitchen, master suite with en-suite bath as well as a queen size bedroom and a children’s bunk room with a full bathroom and tub and a half bath at entrance

The lower level will wow you with a large open concept family room complete with large flat screen TV with Sonos surround sound, fireplace, game console and beautiful full size bar. Looking for some entertainment for the adults or kids, well look no further. Enjoy a full scale game room complete with pool table, shuffle board and arcade games.
The lower level also consists of another master suite king size bedroom with en-suite bath and double full size bunkroom.

Property requires a $1,500 refundable security deposit and the purchase of a damage insurance policy at a cost of $99 to the renter. Security deposit will be automatically added to your reservation.
