This, large, extensively updated four-bedroom, two Master-bedroom, quintessential Cape Cod waterfront home has spectacular 180 ° views from all rooms. Set aside a long, private beach, in a private, gated community, you have access to private roads for jogging, biking and walking, tennis courts, and a beautiful white sand private association beach framed by classic dunes.
The downstairs has been updated with a beautiful open-plan, chefâs kitchen, with subzero refrigerator, Wolf bifuel gas stovetop, Bosch dishwasher, beautiful custom cabinets, hand glazed Spanish tile backsplash, farmerâs sink and touch-less faucet, and a large island that comfortably seats five, has refrigerator drawers for breakfast supplies and snacks, and provides more than ample prep area for cooking and serving.
The four bedrooms are all newly updated and are tastefully appointed, with upstairs AND downstairs Master bedrooms, and all four bedrooms and three baths have extraordinary oceanfront views.

The home, with 4 oceanfront bedrooms and 3 baths, is designed for family gatherings. The front hall expands to an open kitchen, dining, family room area and bar prep room. The large and newly renovated main floor private Master suite overlooks the ocean, with deck.
Upstairs bedrooms enjoy equally wonderful views directly over the ocean, and all are all newly renovated and tastefully appointed in classic Cape Cod style.
The upstairs Master bedroom has a king and two twin beds with private bath, the second upstairs bedroom has a queen and two twins, and the third has a queen; the queen bedrooms share a bath. So, altogether, THERE ARE 8 BEDS, to accommodate a total of ten people; 4 ARE DOUBLE (2 kings and 3 queens, 4 twins). There are two Master bedrooms.
The main floor Family room is a great gathering and family game place, with new 56â smart-TV, and the attached sunroom gathers morning light and is a popular spot to read the âmorning paper.â An 1884 Steinway offers a chance to play to the ocean tides. A bar with half fridge and wine fridge extends from the dining area.
Downstairs, a second bar with full refrigerator has both a new 56 inch smart-TV over the bar area, and a fully 75 inch (> 6 foot diagonal!) new 4K smart-TV in the same room, creating a fun Home Theater and Sports-Bar room, all with direct access to a long, waterfront backyard overlooking the ocean. Here, family games inside and out are warmed in backyard sunsets, and incredible views can be enjoyed from the true luxury of the Hot Springs hot tub.
An outdoor propane firebowl makes for a warm evenings/Sâmores, gathering together. The new workout room with Peloton bike with 360-degree screen will greet you for cycle spinning, yoga, or other work outs.
Beautifully situated within a private, gated community, this authentic cedar-shingle-roofed house is upon a long, private association beach, and just yards from private tennis courts. Kayaks and paddle board await your use on the beach. The beach is perfect for family swimming and exploring, and excellent fishing is enjoyed here, as well as snorkeling and nearby shell fishing. The new full houseâlength deck provides immediate access to it all, including ospreys raising their young in a nearby nest.
A large indoor dining area looks over the ocean, and sunsets here are priceless, with a second new teak dining table for 8-10 right on the deck - open air and stunning views.
Your stay is enhanced by free Wi-Fi, and three 4K high def smart-TVs of 56 and 56 and 75 inches in size - you can stream pretty much anything, including FUBOTV.
Sonos streaming music fills the family room, workout room, and Master Suite with any music you may want. The huge deck, directly overlooking the ocean, has ample seating, an additional teak dinner table, and a large Weber gas grill. The bar area has a half refrigerator for beverages, and a countertop wine refrigerator as well.
And a blender, of course.
Play piano? Enjoy the Steinway just off the family room!
The large downstairs Theater and Sports-Bar room, with both 56â and 75â 4K high-def TVs, is a great space for all - watching sports, playing games that spill out into the backyard. Dozens of games are stored next to the game table. The new outdoor Hot Tub directly overlooks the ocean and summer and winter sunsets - an amazing spot to relax.
The community is gated and private, the roads are excellent for jogging and biking and walking. Tennis courts are approximately 30 yards away and free. The beach is a private, association beach with direct access from the backyard, or by the community path just a few yards from the house. Kayaks and paddle boards are available, on the beach, for your use. This is an exquisite, private beach community, and this home is a wonderful place for a cherished family vacation.
Wild Harbor Estates is an exclusive, gated beach community with a long private beach framed by classic Cape Cod dunes. The roads are wide, winding, quiet and private. It's origins date back to a girls beachside horseback riding camp from a century ago, and, since then, the area has grown into a coveted, family beachside community.
The beach may be accessed directly by path from the backyard, or by way of the community beach path less than 75 feet from the House. If one should prefer, a car may be brought to the beach parking lot down the road for easy unloading of heavier gear. We have never done that! The beach is long and L-shaped, leading from the open ocean to a quieter, white sand-lined inlet for exploration. This is a wonderful place for kids of all ages.

A Word About Weddings -
There are fewer places more beautiful and better for families to gather for a wedding than Falmouth. We enjoy hosting families who are attending weddings, but -strictly- can not allow any wedding activities on the property, including meals/gatherings for more than ten, which is also the maximum number allowed to stay at the house.
