This 5 star vacation rental is situated in an excellent peaceful area close enough for all the attractions you can handle in the area, located just across the street from the beach. Condo has a multiple furnished porches where you can read, hang out or just breathe in the warm South Carolina coastal breeze. You can work on your tan by the swimming pool or walk across the street to the beach and spend hours of the day soaking up the sun. The beach offers plenty of ways for you and your guests to enjoy the South Carolina sunshine—there lots of places nearby to rent a Jet Ski, learn to windsurf or parasail, or fish from our many local piers.

The residence was perfectly located—easy to access and just across the street from the beach. It was nicely decorated, and having two floors with bathrooms and bedrooms on each level worked out very well.However, I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of communication. I sent two emails before our stay with simple questions, but both went unanswered. It wasn’t until my third email that I finally received a response.During our stay, we noticed a crack in the upstairs bathtub, which had apparently been there for some time. Water was dripping from it into the bathroom below, causing water damage to the ceiling. I contacted the management to report the issue and was told they would send a plumber the next day. Unfortunately, neither a plumber showed up nor did I receive any follow-up from the owner.

Lovation is great

This property is directly across from cherry grove pier. It was spacious and had all we needed. Would’ve been an amazing stay. Except on of the upstairs bathtubs was complete broken. If you showered upstairs it leaked water down on the bathroom below causing severe water damage. Several of the bathroom doors didn’t lock as well. I reached out to the owner several times with no response. I’ve contacted VRBO as well and they are supposed to get a hold of the owner.

Property was very nice and spacious. It was across from the beach so that was a plus. Everything was convenient and very close to the property. The host was very nice and responded quickly to my concerns.The only problem I had is, I didn't feel like there were enough bath cloths and towels for our stay.

The condo was nice and spacious. Loved the balcony view. The pool and hot tub was great. Place was mostly clean with minor issues. It was hard to get in touch with the host throughout my stay.

Condo in North Myrtle Beach

The space, number of bedrooms, and bathrooms was fantastic. It is in need of a few repairs such as tub repair, and several doors not closing properly. The light above one of the bathroom sinks did not light at all.I did notify the owner of these problems, and hopefully, she will do the necessary repairs.The location, and pool across the street wereexcellent.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had a perfect vacation in Myrtle beach at this property. It is spacious and well stocked. The unit would benefit from additional bed pillows and blankets. Also, it would help to have the lightbulbs routinely checked as we experienced several being out. The pool is lackluster, but that didn’t deter from our fun vacation. We would stay here again.
