This two story patio home, Subunit 1 but a detached residence, with master on the ground has generous room sizes and ample closet space. Kitchen with granite and custom self closing cabinets finished with accent back splash. Master has slider leading out to large back and attached side fenced in patio area with Gas Grill and Firepit. Adjacent Bath and Shower on first floor. Feed the ducks and turtles in the pond out back. 2 guests rooms and bath located upstairs, one with Carolina room and bath tub on second floor. Foosball table in Living room.

Excellent stay

We loved this property. It worked so well for our family. Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The location is great easy access to Hwy 17 a short walk to the beach. Pete was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay there again. If you want to rent a golf cart to drive around Cresent Beach with please rent it early they do sell out during the summer months.

Owner very responsive, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

The owner is very responsive to any questions you have. House was very clean, and cozy. Outside area is very nice, with a big grill. Comfortably slept 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Air conditioning did not work

Air didn’t work for the 3 days we were there. It was over 80degrees downstairs and had to have been 90 in the upstairs bedrooms. Miserable.

It was more than I expected, Beautiful Beach House.

Home away from home. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Enough space and the decor, beach ready. Location perfect,everything minutes away. Affordable!!!

Overall a great weekend

Everything was great except the neighbor on the end…he was a little pain. But other than that, I would definitely rent this again. The owner was awesome & communicated well
