Welcome to Barefoot Beach Haven! Our AMAZING 3RD Floor 2BR/2BA Condo in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is located in The Havens Subdivision of Barefoot Resort . Our condo has a large spacious, open concept and sleeps 4 guest comfortably.

Please note that there are NO ELEVATORS for this building you MUST be able to climb the stairs. ** Please note this unit is not in the Barefoot Resort main tower - the unit is located in The Havens subdivision of Barefoot Resort **

The Space:
BED & BATH

Barefoot Beach Retreat has 2BR/2BA featuring a Master Suite with a Queen size bed, dresser, two night stand tables, closet, a flat screen TV with cable access and a FULL private en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom features two Twin size beds, dresser, one bed side table between the beds, closet and flat screen TV with cable access. The second full bathroom is located by the guest bedroom.

LIVING AREA

The living room has a sofa sleeper, love seat, coffee table, end tables, flat screen TV with cable access on television stand. The living room is open to the dining area. We also have a FULL SIZE stackable Washer & Dryer in the unit for your convenience.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA

Our fully-equipped kitchen is appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner.

When it's time to dine, you can enjoy our new dining table with seating to accommodate 6 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.

BALCONY

Sip your morning coffee on your private balcony complete with seating.

LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES:

The BAREFOOT LANDING Community has on-site Championship Golf Courses and it close to the beach (5-6 minute drive to public beach access).

- You will gain access to the FANTASTIC Barefoot Resort Amenities.... There are 4 World Class Golf Courses featuring: Dye, Norman, Love and Fazio Courses - I can't pick a favorite!!

- Sand Volleyball, Basketball & Tennis Courts

- Barefoot Resort Marina - Full Service (Rent a jet ski or boat at Barefoot Resort Marina for some fun on the Waterway.

- The Havens Community also has it's own private pool area for just the visitors in that neighborhood.
*** The Havens Community Pool is currently under construction for repairs***. Although you still have access to the HUGE Saltwater pool located at the North Tower.

-The Barefoot Resort Outdoor Jacuzzi & LET'S NOT FORGET the 2 ACRE North Tower Pool (one of the largest pools in South Carolina).

- The North Tower Pool and Jacuzzi are OPEN from April - November.

******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are just seconds away from Barefoot Landing that is full of restaurants, shopping, Duplin Winery, and plenty of other activities for any age or type groups. Barefoot Landing offers over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues such as Blueberry Grill, Ron Jon, Norman's Restaurant, or the House of Blues. If you didn't get your shopping fix at Barefoot Landing, head over to Tanger Outlets featuring stores from Tommy Bahama, North Face, Vineyard Vines, Travis Matthew, Nautica, New York & Company and many more. Guest Access:
- This condo is a 3RD floor condo.

- There are NO elevators for this building, You MUST be able to climb the stairs.

- Keypad Entry for self check in

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.


-To avoid towing all vehicles must have a completed parking pass on the dashboard. You can find two parking passes in the condo.

-This Resort PROHIBITS pets/motorcycles/RVs/campers/trailers. Please comply! There are hefty fines and you may be asked to leave.

The Neighborhood:
The North Tower 2 ACRE pool and outdoor jacuzzi is REOPENED NOW. You are required to sign a waiver each time you access the gates. You may bring your own chairs and umbrellas. You will need your amenity passes to enter the gate for The Barefoot Resort North Tower two ACRE pool and outdoor jacuzzi is just 4 mins from our condo condo.

• The Pool will be open 7 days a week 10am-6pm
• Items will be removed if left unattended for 60 minutes
• When you depart from the pool, all chairs and personal belongings must be removed from the deck.
• Floats: Children in small floats are permitted provided child is accompanied by an adult.
• Noodles, balls, frisbees, etc., are NOT ALLOWED in the pool
• Glass containers of any type are NOT PERMITTED on the pool deck
• Smoking is allowed only in a designated area near the restrooms

There are several swimming areas with a variety of depths...
Multiple access steps with railings...
Heated spa/outdoor jacuzzi (hot tub) for adults...Bathrooms...Security. Parking available (do not park in the reserve spots).


This community is very welcoming and offers a great dining experience (Lulu’s, Stacks, Putters Pub, Boardwalk Billy’s, Blueberry Grill, Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, Snooky’s On The Water, TideWater Grill, River City Café, Captain Archie’s, Seablue Restaurant and Wine, Hoskin’s Restaurant, Midtown Bistro, Golden Griddle Pancake House, Villa Tuscanna, Umberto’s At Barefoot Landing, Martini Classic Food, Mission BBQ and 21 Main At North Beach). North Myrtle Beach is great for adults and children alike.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

- Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 4 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

PARKING:
-To avoid towing. All vehicles must have a completed parking pass on the dashboard. You can find the parking passes in the condo.

-This Resort PROHIBITS pets/motorcycles/RVs/campers/trailers. Please comply! There are hefty fines and you may be asked to leave.

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!

There will be a CHARGE for any non-washable stained or ruined linen!!

Please DO NOT USE OUR WHITE LINEN TO REMOVE MAKE-UP!!

DO NOT WASH OUR WHITE LINEN WITH OTHER ITEMS!! Please help us keep our white linen white and avoid any DAMAGE FEES!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
