2000 sq ft Ocean View Villa steps to the beach.4 bdr 3 baths small pool hot-tub.

This luxury Villa is located across the street in the lovely Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. The accommodations include 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms consisting of 4 king beds and a daybed. All of the rooms have Smart TV's. The villa is a 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan and is on the third floor Unit 401. An oversized reclining sectional in the main den area transitions to a large dining table that seats 8. The dining area flows into a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of counter seating. We have newer stainless appliances. We kept the old refrigerator giving you extra food and drink storage. We also have a small chest freezer for extra bags of ice. Come sit and enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony.

We have a washer and dryer available for guests to use in our villa just bring your detergent and we have Wi-Fi connection through Spectrum.
There is a shared small outdoor pool and hot tub for the 12 units in the complex. The complex has 4 Weber Charcoal grills and a picnic table for guests to use. We have a large elevator to help guests get to their floor.

Extra cleaning and disinfecting is a priority to make the villa ready for our guest. We have contactless check-in. We give a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, small dish liquid, some dishwasher packs, and some trash bags to help start you off until you get your supplies.

We provide bed linens and bath towels.

The villa is on the second row with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The beach is easily accessible with a beach access right across the street.

Our complex has exterior security cameras which are located on each floor, in the parking deck, and the pool area.

Ocean Boulevard Villas are located at Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If you enjoy golf, shopping or just hanging out on the beach this location is perfect.

Small NON-SHEDDING dogs considered! (under 20 lbs.) Pet fee $250. One Small dog must be HOUSEBROKEN and CRATED when you are out of the home. Please keep your dog off the furniture and the beds.
Please do not move the furniture in the home and on the balcony.

NOTE: NO Motorcycles allowed per HOA. This is a NO SMOKING VILLA including the BALCONY. This includes no Cigars, no e-cigarettes, no vaping and no Marijuana.

Our Villa gets 3 parking passes. If you rent a golf cart this counts as one of your parks.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Lisa and Chris were the best with responding to any questions and concerns i had. Myrtle Beach Paradise

My family and I booked a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. The 4 bedrooms villa was awesome to allow my 3 adult children each their own space. The beach was only steps away and visible from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook and not eat out every meal. The beach towels, chairs and bogie board were a nice addition as well. This is a great villa in a great location. Chris and Lisa were great hosts.

Perfect getaway location

This villa has tons of space and a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels and beach chairs. My family of 3 adults, 3 kids, 1 infant and a small dog fit comfortably. The kids loved that there were so many tvs and the adults enjoyed the balcony and the coffee maker ;)There is a cool mini golf spot, a beach store, restaurants and ice cream within a couple of blocks walking..also walkable beer/liquor store, however you'd need to drive for groceries.The property isnt as great, the parking has big columns in the garage and the spots are tight. We unfortunately damaged our van a bit on the column while trying to park. This is why we decided to walk wherever possible and limit driving trips. The pool is tiny but sufficient for a quick soak and the hot tub was lovely in the morning/evening. The pool area did get busy at times so timing is crucial. Its also nice that the building offers rolling carts to help move items to the room.The beach is so close, just cross the street and you're there. The water was amazing and the waves were mellow enough for the kids to play comfortably. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was everything had hoped. This condo was large, clean and we had plenty of room for our group. The walk to the beach was a very short walk, and we could pull the wagon (no steps). We couldn't have asked for a better location. We will definitely be checking for another stay next year.

Everyone loved it!

We came for a quick family trip and had a wonderful time! The place is just like you see in the pictures. Could not ask for a cleaner or even nicer place. We were very comfortable here with 6 adults and 3 kids, with plenty of room to move around in. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful property. We go to Myrtle every year and this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed. Had plenty of room and walk to beach was simple even with a toddler and infant. We loved everything about it. The parking was a little tough with a big truck, but we managed. We will book again for sure.

Great Beach Vacation Rental

Chris & Lisa your home is beautiful, clean and with plenty of room, very spacious with 4 king beds, 3 full baths. Plenty of seating in the living room and foyer for relaxing and plenty of seating in the dining room area and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for whatever you wanted to fix. Great view for being one block back from the ocean. It will definitely be at the top of our list depending on the size of our group!!

Far more than 5 stars!

We have rented many, many properties and no other host has EVER been more accommodating and responsive than Chris! The villa was immaculate, across the street from the beach and has tons of room! We were shocked with the amount kitchen supplies! There were so many extras, like plenty of parking, beach chairs and towels, bath towels, a welcome basket. Chris and Lisa have gone way above and beyond to make this home absolutely perfect! Thank you so very much for everything! We will certainly be back!!!

This property was amazing ! It was so spacious and so clean ! The owners were so sweet and even reached out asking about our daughter and her team after learning that we were there for softball. This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this Villa. We are extremely confortable and pleased with Chris and Lisa. They are considerate, attentive and made our stay enjoyable. The villa is very spacious, clean and comes with many amenities. We will book again for next year.

The property was clean & well kept. The added bonus of beach towels & chairs is nice. The owner was quick to solve our problem with the door code & we enjoyed our time there. Lots of space for big families

Perfect trip for our family of 8

This place was absolutely amazing! Huge, clean and in a great location. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and 1 older (16) teen. The extra fridge and ice freezer were a huge bonus as were the beach chairs and beach towels. You won’t regret staying here and the owners were very responsive and friendly.
