Beautiful/Modern Corner Penthouse 😎1BR Oceanfront w/Panoramic-View, 310 Reviews

This is an oceanfront penthouse unit with a Panoramic view of the beach ideal for a relaxing stay for a couple.

It has a corner living room with an additional side window that makes you feel surrounded by the ocean. Ultra-modern finish with cantilevered granite counter-top, top of the line cabinets, luxurious Vinyl Planks floor. It is also very carefully furnished with 3 seats leather sofa in the living room. A Lounger Convertible Bonded Leather Sofa maybe turned into a full size bed.

Because we know that a comfortable mattress is important for a good sleep to enjoy an adventurous vacation, we bought top of the line queen size mattress for the bedroom "Sealy Posturepedic Plus Series West Salem Cushion Firm Mattress."

The unit includes 2 HD flat Sony TV's. All channels are received in HD including Bravo, HGTV, Food network, CNN, MSNBC, etc.
The Living Room has a 55" Sony BRAVIA 4K UHD LED LCD TV and a Fire TV stick that is connected to the internet and ready for media streaming using Sling, Netflix, Prime Amazon. We have accounts with all of them ready for you to enjoy.
The Bedroom has a 32" Sony flat HD TV that is connected to the internet through Chromecast and ready for media streaming using your phone.

High speed (60-80 Mbps average speed) wireless Internet connection from any point within the unit is guaranteed.

The unit includes a new LG refrigerator, new washer/dryer, new dish washer, new stove, new microwave, and a new Keurig Coffee Maker Brewing System. We recently installed a new HVAC unit and a new water heater.
There are two folding chairs in carrying bags, a large umbrella, and a large plastic beach bag to be taken to the beach in the bedroom closet.

Buena Vista Plaza is a very well-maintained smoke free (including balconies) rental property. Boulineau's grocery store and a bunch of restaurants are within 2 min. driving. Please enjoy the outdoor pool during Summertime at the BVP 4th floor beachfront sun deck. Please understand that this is a community pool, and its availability is subject to change for maintenance purposes of our building.
BVP has a 3-story covered parking deck that makes it easy to get your belongings to the unit in any weather condition since the two elevators directly connect the parking to the unit's vestibules without going outside. Additional parking is available across the street for over sized trucks. No pets and no motorcycles are allowed. This is a Non-Smoking Unit. Please bring your own linen.

Very pleasant place to stay

The property is clean, very easy to get in and out of, conveniently located to grocery store and other amenities. Medhat does a great job communicating for ease of check in and out, also makes sure everything is okay during the week. This was our second stay here and we will be back again.

North Myrtle High Rise on Beach

Condo is on top floor so that is a plus. The elevators were excellent and fast. Beach was not crowded at all, and there is great food just down the street at several locations. We could not figure out how to work the bedroom TV, but think that is a Spectrum problem. The main TV in den is good. Nice coffee maker and appliances. Very clean. No bugs. No loud party people next door like some condos. Would definitely come back.

2nd time to stay at this location for vacation

We were just as impressed and comfortable to be staying at Medhat's Condo again this year! He is so helpful to answer any of our questions and makes the whole transition in and out of the Condo a smooth process! We love staying at his location as the views, sounds and smells of the ocean are closer than we have ever stayed in before! Also, staying walking distance to the Pier, Restaurants, and Grocery Store is a real plus to us. Medhat was quick to respond any time we had a question about Top Restaurants or the location of something. Our son and wife from Jax, FL came for 2 days remarking "now we see why you all pick Cherry Grove and this Condo!"

Great Views and location

My husband I really enjoyed the condo. Just the right amount of space for the two of us. We had the pool to ourselves all week, which was great as well as plenty of beach space. This was our second time staying here and we were very pleased with the seat up. Also, it being a top floor condo meant that we had awesome views out across the ocean as well as the marsh side. There are large windows on the backside of the building that has incredible views as well.

Great Vacation

Had great week at Cherry Grove. We really like this area of Myrtle Beach. Weather was perfect. The unit was clean and set up very nice with everything we needed. Perfect size for a couple. Bed was very comfortable. Great view of the beach and ocean. Enjoyed every day of our trip.

Could Not Ask for Anything Better

The condo was immaculate! Easy-peasy check-in and check out. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen. The views from the balcony were amazing especially at night with the super moon over the water. Perfect size for two people. The property description was incredibly accurate and there were no surprises on check-in, other than it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. Just beware of the parking garage - it is REALLY TIGHT and I banged up the rear end of my car pretty good trying to maneuver out of my spot at nighttime.

We stayed for the week of the 4th of July and loved the location. Every day was spent on the beach and every evening on the balcony. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The unit was perfect for the two of us.

Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay, the condo is on the top floor with a great view of the ocean. Medhat is very helpful and responsive to make sure you have a great stay. He has the place stocked with everything you need. The location is great too. It is not wild and crazy like down towards Myrtle, but close enough to the shops and attractions you do have to go far. One caution is if you have a truck park in the parking lot across the street as the parking parking deck is low and if you try to go on the ram to the second level the conduit hanging down will put a dent across the cabs roof. This happened to me a few years ago and I whitenesses it this year with someone else staying in the building. This is a great place to stay at.

Owner was very easy to deal with and wonderful with communication. Condo was very clean. Small but slept 2 adults and 2 children well. Very nice area, not too crowded. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

A Piece of Paradise!

First, Medhat is a wonderful host, always available and just so pleasant; he was a pleasure to communicate with. And then, this property and its location couldn't have been more perfect for our week of R & R at the beach. It's a wonderful home, met every expectation, and I could retire just on the balcony quite happily! It was our first stay here but I truly hope it was not the last.

The property was well maintained and modern. the security of the property was excellent but convenient. Parking area was totally enclosed and if needed a well maintained parking lot across the street. Perfect for trailers etc. The pool was very nice as was the pool deck which was nicely private and well kept, We highly recommend this property.

EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE- My wife and I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. Some words that quickly come to mind are CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, SAFE, QUIET, PEACEFUL, AND RELAXING. We brought linens and towels; everything else we needed was at our fingertips. Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious balcony and the amazingly beautiful views. We felt welcome and valued. Metry checked in to make sure our arrival was okay and a time or two to see how things were going. He truly cares and everything was indeed top notch.

Disappointing

We booked in January thinking we had a pool at this location. When we arrived the pool was not opened ? We never would have booked if we knew this before hand. Owner was condescending and thought we would not use a pool as the weather was chilly that day. He never mentioned that the pool was not available to use the 2 weeks we would be there. We have made a claim to get our money back and have yet to hear from VRBO almost 2 weeks later??

Great Place to Stay

This unit is in a perfect location with beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and the balcony. The unit is clean, has modern appliances and conveniences and has inside parking with overflow lot across the street. The area is close to a grocery, restaurants and shopping, all just a few minutes-drive away. The area felt safe, and the building had smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and sprinkler system. The owner has gone above and beyond in providing essential items, including cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, electric stove/oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and a small clothes washer/dryer unit. Two beach chairs and umbrella along with a box fan are also provided. Basically, all you need to bring are sheets and towels. He also provided extra extension cords in various places in the bedroom and living area to provide more electrical outlets. A bidet is installed in the bathroom connected to warm water outlet. The unit, although small, sleeps two comfortably in a queen size bed and also has two couches, one being a futon. The owner has utilized the space in a good and convenient way and the balcony has plenty of room for up to four people to sit comfortably. The host provided great communication by text before and during our stay, making sure we were happy and everything was going good. We would definitely stay here again when returning to the area.
