The Space:

Morning light moves across the water as waves roll steadily toward the shore, setting an easy rhythm for the day. From your balcony, the ocean stretches out alongside views of the beach, resort grounds, and the distant city skyline, creating a calm backdrop whether you are easing into the morning or winding down in the evening. The pace here feels unhurried, shaped by sea air, coastal views, and the simple pleasure of being close to the Atlantic.



The space

This entire condo is designed for shared time and quiet moments alike, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. With one bedroom, four beds, and one full bathroom, the layout works well for families or small groups spending their days by the water and their evenings indoors. Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round, and WiFi with a dedicated workspace allows you to stay connected when needed. The living area offers a relaxed place to unwind, with a TV and seating arranged for conversation or downtime after beach days.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo includes one bedroom and a flexible sleeping setup made up of two queen beds and two sofa beds. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades support restful nights and relaxed afternoons inside.



Outdoor living & resort access

Step onto the private balcony to take in ocean, beach, resort, and city skyline views. Outdoor furniture makes it easy to pause with a cup of coffee, read, or watch the light change over the water. Guests also have access to shared resort amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and a seasonal sauna, along with an outdoor playground and open grassy areas. Shared beach access places the shoreline just steps away, and an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after time in the sand.

Getting Around:

Yes! Uber is a great way to get around if you don't feel like driving!



Other Things to Note:

This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.



Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).



Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.



No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Important Notice:



- There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.
