Construction was a bit much and parking was limited. Realty agents were very surly and unfriendly. Other than that, property was great and in a perfect location. Very clean and was as advertised. Overall, we had a great time!
A middle of the road place with an amazing view. Super easy ocean access and generally easy parking. Lots of construction in the complex so youâll hear workers and equipment from 8am til 5pm
Being your own trash sacks, toilet paper, and paper towels... none are provided
Screen door on master balcony was laying on the patio , deck furniture is incredibly cheap and flimsy , the beds were okay except for the twin beds which were so terrible my 10 & 12 year old kids refused to sleep on them
Sectional couch is comfy but broken and falling apart â there is a hole in the middle we stuffed a blanket in.
Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans bowls etc, stove, oven & and microwave were all great. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and a trap so full of food remnants that itâs no wonder the dishes were not getting clean. We Re-washed most of the plates & cups in the freezer.
Built in ice maker works great!! Tap water is a bit gross tasting though so bring some bottles - I didnât notice it as much in the ice (maybe itâs filtered?)
Crock pot was provided but doesnât work
Keurig machine was provided and worked great! There was also a drip machine but the grounds basket was moldy and gross so we stuffed it under the sink
The pool is _not_ heated and one of the two hot tubs is broken / empty. The pool hours are 9am to 5pm which is pretty terrible for actually wanting to use the hot tub. However both tub and pool were very clean and well maintained
Wireless internet was fast an sufficient to keep everyoneâs devices happy in the evening hours. TVâs are all very old but work with exception of the old âboxâ in one room we couldnât make work . All the TVs have old school cable boxes and give many channels... we brought our own roku and used it that way.
We did find a vacuum end used that to kee the rather old / dingy & stained carpet cleaned up but we couldnât find a broom anywhere for the kitchen area.
All in all it was a last minute seaside booking that I would say deserves a C , could be worse, could be better. I would probably come here again.
