Great Location

My family and I loved the condo. The view was amazing to watch the sunrises and sunsets. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were all amazing. They were warm not freezing cold which was a huge plus for the little ones. Would definitely stay again!!

Beach vacay

This property is great with views of the beach. Also, there are restaurants onsite so you do not have to leave. This property is great for all ages especially kids. You will not regret it.

Very nice option

I can't say enough good things about the owner and property manager. The small things we discovered were taken care of immediately. The staff was extremely courteous even during PEAK times. The rental is a little older, but adequate for our needs and certainly reasonably priced compared to other properties. It's very centrally located to fun activities and food options.

This used to be extremely nice place to stay. Our ceiling is falling down and several places., our AC was broken, but they fixed it. You have to have code to get in your room now, which is a big match at the code to get into the parking area, which was a big mess..

I will start with the positive the rooms are quiet, the beds were comfortable and the view is incredible. Beyond that this excursion was a let down. We were supposed to check in at 4pm, got there at 4:15 to be told they were "changing linens " it would be 15 minutes, an hour later I had to inquire if our room was ready, We got into the room after entering a ten digit code, one of the beds was missing pillowcases, there was a childs toy on the floor, there was food behind the bed table, there were dirty fingerprints on the dryer handle and many other surfaces. There was dirt in the corners in the bathrooms.The top of the TV and alarm clock in 2nd bedroom were dusty. The tv remotes weren't in the right rooms, there was a broken alarm clock in one room, The wire cover for lamp cord was completely missing. The refrigerator temp wasn't cold. There were many cracks in the ceiling And then to top if off not even 20 minutes after there let us know when you are ready to check out text ,housekeeping is knocking wanting to know if we are ready to leave at 8:30am. Overall wasn't the experience I was expecting.

Would not rent from Vacasa again

This was our first time in North Myrtle Beach. The location of this unit is great! The Baywatch resort gave us a great view and wonderful amenities such as multiple pools, bars, etc. Our experience with our personal unit was less than great. The condition of the unit when we arrived was unacceptable. It was dirty. Our very first impression was a front door that looked like a crime scene. There was something gross on the hallway door that was dripping. The bathroom floor was filthy with hair and dust in the corners. In the livingroom, the couch and carpet desperately need a DEEP clean. They were black and greasy. To top it off, on the first night (of 7), a cockroach ran under the couch. When it came out, we trapped it with a bowl. I then began to contact Vacasa management to express my concerns. They were not very responsive and told us that there was not another unit that they could move us to. Also, they minimized the bug calling it a "palmetto bug". They said it is common for them to fly in from the patio. In my research, this is in fact an American Cockroach and they do not fly. Vacasa offered to spray the unit and said this would take care of it. But we had another one appear later in the week. The lack of concern we received when we reported these problems to Vacasa was unacceptable. They never once checked back in with us to see how things were after they sprayed nor did they address the areas that were dirty and needed maintainance.
