This beautiful condo is super spacious and very cute! Penthouse (11th floor) oceanfront end corner-unit located in The Oceans condo building means amazing panoramic views! There are two elevators in the building and an oceanfront pool with the most amazing view on the 4th floor. Location is stellar: close to grocery, restaurants, bars, mini golf, etc. Beach is wide and gorgeous here! This condo can sleep up to 9 people (8 adults and one baby). Fresh towels & linens included at no additional fee.


One set of bathroom towels (1 bath, 1 hand, 1 washcloth) will be provided for each guest, per stay as well as all the bed linens. Those are included in the rental price!! The linens and towels are nice quality too, not thin rags! :)

I love the views from every window of this condo. It is an end unit, so you have extra windows and that is great if you love natural light. The unit is very large compared to most oceanfront units. It is almost double the size of a typical 2 bedroom unit. That makes evening gatherings in the living room so much more comfortable for everyone.

We are not located in a hotel, this is our personal condo. Because of this, like most Airbnbs, we cannot offer daily housekeeping. We are happy to provide starters of many items, but we do not provide all the toiletries, paper & plastic products, etc. for your entire trip. If you are not wanting to pack extras, there is a really nice full size grocery store right across the street!

Listed below is what we do provide:

What we provide for bathrooms:
- Six sets of bathroom towels which includes washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. We do not supply beach towels.
- Two sets of complimentary toiletries which include: Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, makeup wipe, and mini bath soaps.
- One set of "in case you forgot" items which include: Razor, shaving cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, and grooming kit.
- Two starter rolls of toilet paper

What we provide for kitchen (besides basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc):
- Two hand towels, two dish towels
- Starter Paper Towel Roll
- Three Garbage Bags
- Starter pack of dish soap and detergent
- Complimentary Hot beverages including - 2 Regular and 1 Decaf Coffee Packs, 2 Regular and 1 Decaf Teas, and 4 Cream & Sugar packs. Our coffee pot is a drip brewer, not a Keurig.

If there are chairs in the closet, you are more than welcome to use them.

**Beach chairs and Umbrella are available for rent right outside our condo, beach side.**

The entire condo is yours! There is also a pool with loungers that you are welcome to use that is located on the 4th floor. I absolutely love the view from there!! On the same floor, there is also a clubhouse with restrooms which is great to use if you arrive earlier than check-in. There are also vending machines and a nice laundry room on the 4th floor.

There is parking on the first three levels of the parking deck. You will need a pink parking pass which is provided for you in the pink Welcome Binder located on the desk in the unit. If you are bringing more than two cars, please let me know so I can get you an extra parking pass. If you have an oversized vehicle, it must be parked across the street in the parking lot. Motorcycles are not allowed in our building parking deck or across the street. There are two elevators that are accessible from the 1-3 floors. You will be provided with a key code to access them.

Please make sure that you remember that this is our home and we love it. Please take care of it! There is a departure checklist in the pink binder on the counter that needs to be followed.
