The Space:
Welcome to Decked Out! This stunning 4-bedroom channel house is your oasis on the ocean inlet, accommodating up to 10 guests. With fantastic deck and pool space, you are just a short walk to the beach. Experience beautiful water views and a relaxed setting in the heart of North Myrtle Beach and Cherry Grove.

Our beach house features a private pool directly on the ocean inlet, a tiki hut, and a grill poolside. Enjoy the wrap-around covered porch with plenty of seating and sun loungers. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and unwind with flat-screen TVs throughout the house. The open layout is perfect for relaxing and mingling with family and friends.

Wear and Tear:
Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please understand, this property is not a primary residence, and guests should not expect to stay in a brand new home or brand new amenities. The wear and tear is high due to the number of guests and back-to-back reservations.

Cleaning:
The cleaning is done by a professional cleaning company. If they missed something, we will be happy to send them over to fix it.

Service calls and maintenance:
Emergency service calls such as leaks, HVAC, flood, and fire will have first priority and will be provided by a third-party service provider based on their schedule and availability. We cannot guarantee the speed of repair, specifically for HVAC issues or major appliances. Although we do our best to provide the fastest solution possible.

*This is a non-smoking home.
*Dogs Allowed, no other pets permitted. Maximum two dogs, 25 lbs each.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are allowed at this property.
*Gas and charcoal grills on property.
*Washer/dryer located in property.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Parking for up to six vehicles.
*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Lower level uses space heaters/ac wall units, only upper level has central air/heat.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of rare unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

In and Around Town – Location, Location, Location! Central to Shopping, Dining and Attractions and right in the heart of North Myrtle Beach yet tucked away on the waterfront for the perfect peace and quiet!

All of the town’s offerings, including hundreds of shops and stores, Main Street, Cherry Grove Pier, Barefoot Landing, and attractions galore including miniature golf courses, Alligator Adventure, the new city-style bowling alley, lazer tag and arcades, water activities such as parasailing and jet skiing, and more are all right there in town for you to enjoy and most just a few minutes away! Entertainment options include live shows and concerts such as Pirate’s Voyage, Carolina Opry, House of Blues (live music), Main Street (live bands in beach clubs), Alabama Theater, and more. There are even more options in Myrtle Beach, including the Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. These are a very easy to get to from the beach house as well, making for a great relaxing trip!

Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more 5 minutes away.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
