Our ocean view villa is the ideal vacation home for families, groups, and golfers! Located right on Ocean Drive and just across the street from the ocean, you have a partial ocean view from both balconies of our 2 story villa. Take a peek at the ocean, watch strolling passersby or slip down to the beach and have your toes in the sand in seconds. There is a pool downstairs as well as a large oceanfront pool deck with hot tub and outdoor shower for your use. Take the family fishing, or relax by the pool for some much needed sun and swimming. The Cherry Grove Pier is just steps away.

CLOSE TO TONS OF SHOPPING, DINING AND ATTRACTIONS - dozens of options nearby for restaurants/bars (casual to fine dining), shopping, and entertainment options (from live concerts to mini golf) within just a few minutes drive. This condo is also close to outdoor activities such as para-sailing, surfing, and jet skiing. Cute boutique shops and favorite local restaurants are just a few blocks away. VILLA AMENITIES & OVERVIEW
With over 2200 heated square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone in the villa, and it has an open, inviting living area perfect for relaxing and mingling. There is a full dining table, as well as a 4-top dinette in the open kitchen/dining/living space. The living room has 2 large sofas as well as additional seating and the ever-important large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, dishes, and cookware and features stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs for a total of 1 king (upstairs) master & 1 queen (upstairs) master. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the large hall bath. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with private baths and shared ocean view balcony - and 2 standard bedrooms, each with 2 sets of bunk beds for total of 4 twin size beds, that share the upstairs hall bath. The utility room (full size washer & dryer, iron & board) is also upstairs.

The pool was closed but it didn’t matter as the beach was literally right across the street and host always answered our questions in a timely manner. Property was clean and was exactly just as described in the pictures. Located in a very good neighborhood. Check in was simple and host even showed us how to use new locks that was just installed.

We had the best time! This was our group's first trip together and, for many of them, the first time traveling without family. The condo had everything we needed, great space- 6 guys used the 2 bunk rooms- some 6'! Clean, comfy and charming. So grateful to have found such a great place. Easy walk to the ocean and the pier.

Overall impression was great. Pool was great and rooms were clean. I was in contact with the owner for an ice maker issue and they responded within minutes to tell me that someone was coming to repair. Repair man came and we had ice once again. There were 12 of us and they all had a great stay!!!! We will be using them again if available.

I was so happy that we were able to check in earlier than 4pm it allowed me to organize unpack and prepare for my other guests that were coming in that evening. The accommodations were great comfortable firm beds very clean and also the kitchen was well supplied with plates cups bowls pots and pans. We definitely will book again and we thank our hosts for making sure our trip was great!

Splendid Condo in Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is very spacious and well-appointed. It housed my multi-generational family with everything we needed. It's a short walk from the beach and has two levels of balcony for prime people watching and corner ocean views. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening. And, the owners were great--quick communication and so very helpful. I highly recommend this condo.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The property looks even better in person than in the pictures! It was clean, neat, comfortable, and fit our whole family of 15 very nicely. We loved that the kitchen’s 3 tables hold 18 people, and have the couches right behind it, so our family spent most of the time in that communal area all talking and chatting, and at the beach/pier across the street. My elderly grandparents couldn’t walk too far so we went conveniently right across the street to the beach,. The hosts Mike and Kim were excellent. I asked them a few questions before and during our stay, and their responses were very pleasant and prompt. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Great stay! 3 generations under the same roof for 6 nights and it worked out quite well. Access to the beach was amazing! Easy trip across the street and you’re practically on the sand…which was amazing considering we had 12 in our group and 4 were 6 and under. The condo was quite spacious and we were just glad to be able to get everyone under the same roof. Grandkids had plenty of room to play, big kids had plenty of room to chill, and Gigi and Pawpaw had plenty of room to sit back and watch it all. Cooked dinner in a couple of nights and we had everything we needed. Only minor things that didn’t really matter. Internet issues one night (we didn’t worry about it…no screens…yay!!), and it kind of resolved itself the next day. If we ever venture out like this with the whole gang again we’d definitely look here first!
