OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE ** Amenity Restrictions ** Please be aware that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for owners and are not accessible to our guests.
**Supplies ** We provide a starter kit of essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags). Linens and bath towels for use inside the condo are included.
**What to Bring ** Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as these are not provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included but can be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.
**Private Management ** This condo is managed privately. Please direct all questions to our team, not the resort`s front desk, to ensure the quickest response.
** Rental Agreement ** The rental agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By signing, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and replaces a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation. This policy helps protect both you and the property during your stay.
** Recreational Vehicles ** Per resort Policy no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RVs are allowed on the resort premises. We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping: Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets: Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 87:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care: Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest. Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance: A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property. Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property: Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking: Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
