Welcome to this stunning North Beach Resort 1513, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront condo located at North Beach Resort & Villas in beautiful North Myrtle Beach. This spacious unit offers an open floor plan, upscale finishes, and a large private balcony perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and relaxing coastal views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The open living and dining area provides comfortable seating, flat-screen TVs, wireless internet access, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience, and the Luxury Linen package ensures a comfortable, worry-free experience. Can't actually review the unit. was supposed to check in at 4:00 PM, Picked up the keys at 3:45 PM and recieved text at 4:14 PM stating unit was not available due to mold. Should have been voice called. Do not rent units that are run out of Luxury Beach Rentals! Pretty much ruined our vacation!

Pool area staff was not great at enforcing rules - picked and chose what rules they enforced. Also there seemed to be a lot of non-guests that were able to make it into the pool area which was annoying. We've stayed in rentals where there were pool toys and beach toys/chairs provided in the unit. That would have been nice for a family that flew in vs drove. Also the property was pretty stingy with items in the unit - limited soap/toilet paper/paper towels and nothing in the kitchen other than plates/pots/pans. Beach is gorgeous though. Check out was unpleasant with limited elevators shared by cleaning staff and one was not working.
