Pros: Layout of house is nice. Plenty of space for 7 of us. I think having 15 or more people may be tight. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice location. Cons: The wifi does not work. It’s 2G and allows for 1 device at a time. No cable so you have to login to your own streaming services. And you can watch maybe 10-15 minutes before the internet craps out. The floor has no rugs and gets incredibly slippery from sand. We kept our shoes outside and had to sweep/dust mop multiple times per day. But the sand was impossible to get rid of. My toddler still fell frequently and the tile is hard. Do not recommend for elderly or young kids. We paid to heat the pool. We came mid March and understood it would not be super super warm. But it was still comfortable. Until maintenance came and ran the cold hose in it for an hour. Ruined the pool and it didn’t heat back up until the morning we left. Game room was a nice idea. But is unusable if you have young kids who go to bed early. The house echos and the pool table sounds like the loudest bowling alley mixed with a crazy thunderstorm. Also don’t use the comforters. They don’t wash them. We were instructed to leave them on the beds at checkout. We were a group of a family with a young child and grandparents. It wasn’t the worst stay but we would not go back to this house. I would recommend for a group of younger ish people who are not picky and can tolerate falling on hard tile. Make sure you have decent insurance and the ER is in network.

Host was very professional and responsive. House is nice and in a great location. Beach access is amazing!! House could use a little TLC - somewhat dated in some areas and the bathroom trim needed a good scrubbing, Keurig kept tripping the breaker, had to brew coffee in the bathroom lol. The house accommodated our group of 12 very nicely, loved that each couple had their own bathroom. Overall I would rent again.

Used five of the six bedrooms. Elevator helped loading and unloading. No ceiling fans in bedrooms but cooler temps made it work. We had one adult that needed a walk-in bath but none available (nor promised). Very large kitchen/dining/living room combo on the main floor! Allows large number to be together at the same time.

Great Home

This home was very nice. I loved the double queen beds in each room which allowed a variety of us to share rooms. The location and the views were awesome. The only thing I would say is that we didn't realize we had to make our own beds and bring our own toilet paper. But those things did not hamper our stay at all. Communication with the owner was great and very accommodating to all my questions! Would recommend this home to others.

Best Family Vacation Home

This house was perfect for our large group. It was so nice being ocean front and having the pool. It made it easy to enjoy the beach and pool and still able to come back inside for lunch and dinners. The house was very spacious and we never felt like we were on top on each other. It’s also very nice that each bedroom has a private bathroom, plus the two half baths off the common areas. We had to new babies with us so it was a concern for noise, but the house is very sound proof which was also very nice. Hilary was great to work and communicate with. We had some minor issues during our stay which she and her husband were quick to resolve. We will definitely be staying here again!

Sea Star Vacation

The Sea Star was a beautiful place to spend the week with our 4 generation family ranging in age from 3 to 88. There was plenty of room for everybody with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and tons of common living and dining space. The decks were a great place to relax and enjoy the view with plenty of seating. We also appreciated the picnic tables in the pool area along with the ability to lounge poolside and be either in the sun or shade as desired. We all had a great time!

Number One Place to Stay in North Myrtle

This was clean and beautiful. Hilary was very accommodating. My father had a medical emergency during the end of our stay. She called me later just to check on him. That meant alot. The house was great. Private and updated. I love that every room had its own bathroom and 2 queens. You can't beat that. Plenty of parking. Easy to get things up and down with the elevator. Several beach house and a small building of condos on either side, so the beach was pretty much private and not crowded. Will stay again for sure.

Holiday Family Getaway

Property was idea for our family. Plenty of space to have quiet time when needed and plenty of space to sit and enjoy with the family. The game room was an extra treat. The kitchen was equipped with large cookware and plenty of dishes making it easy to cook for a large group. We wished there was a small table on the 2nd and 3rd floor deck to use while sitting outside enjoying the view maybe while enjoying a drink and snack. The location and ocean view was perfect. Will highly recommend the property.

Cherry Grove Oceanfront home

Enjoyed our stay with family (all adults) from 9/23-9/30/23. Clean house with plenty of towels/linens and well equipped kitchen and updated washer/dryer. Pool was great after technician cleaned and fixed broken pump. Those of us in our seventies used the elevator when it was working. Unfortunately, two of the days it was not. Hilary, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and addressed our issues immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Super Sea Star Stay

This was the perfect property for our large family gathering. The pool and beach were beautiful. The family room with large table was perfect for both meals and games. The upstairs game room was also fun. We hope to come back again soon!
