Come relax at Oceans at the Grove unit 607 in The Oceans condominiums. The views from our balcony are simply amazing, you can see down the shoreline from Cherry Grove Pier to North Myrtle. Enjoy the sparkling pool on the 4th floor which allows you to see the ocean whether you are floating in the pool or basking in the sun in one of our lounge chairs. You also have access to our newly remodeled community center that has a kitchen and lounge area right off the pool deck, a unique feature for sure. There is a bathroom for guest use also on the 4th floor as well as the coin operated laundry room. When you're ready to explore, there are restaurants, bars, a grocery store, beach stores, pizza, ice cream...everything you need right in walking distance! Our favorite thing about our condo is how convenient everything is located without fighting all the crowds. The beach in front of our condo is usually the least packed and our pool is the same.
Luggage carts are available for your use. They are usually located right outside the elevator room, if you don't see any on the first floor parking deck, try another floor. They are very useful is getting all your things in one load!
Parking is in our 3 level parking garage or in the additional lot across the street. Parking passes must be displayed at all times to avoid towing.
***NO MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME PER HOA***

We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible so we do provide a few items to help get you settled as soon as you come through the door. There is a grocery store within walking distance if you would need it.

* 8 sets of towels to include: Bath towel, hand towel, washcloth. The extra set will be
   located in the vanity of the bathroom with double sinks.
   **WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS.**

KITCHEN:
* Stocked with all the basic pots, pans, silverware, blender, mixer, toaster...and so on. If there is something you need specifically, just      ask us and we will let you know if it provided.
* 2 dish clothes, 2 dish towels
* 1 extra roll of paper towels
* 2 garbage bags
* Dish soap dispenser on counter with sponge
* 4 dishwasher pods
* 12 cup drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker
* K-cup coffee pods in regular and decaf (10 of each)
* Creamer packets, sugar packets and sugar substitute packets

**Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from lifeguards at the beach**

QUIET TIME IS FROM 10PM TO 8AM

**Third Monday of every month there is a mandatory HOA pest inspection/treatment. You do not have to be present**

This is a self-check-in condo where all you have to do is drive straight to the condo, punch in your code you received in your Check-In email from VRBO and start enjoying your stay! The 2 parking passes should be easily located to put in your cars.
