The living room is all about comfort and entertainment, featuring a large 50” smart TV for epic movie marathons. But the real game-changer? This place has a reclining sofa AND a reclining loveseat! That’s right—stretch out, kick back, and melt into vacation mode. Recliners in a vacation rental? Almost unheard of! But you deserve next-level coziness.



Sunroom Sanctuary:

When you are ready to unwind, wander into the sunroom, your own little oasis of chill. Sink into yet another comfy reclining sofa, flip through a book, spin a vinyl record on the record player, or dive into a nostalgic collection of CDs. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind after a beach day.



Chef's Kitchen:

Our kitchen has all essential dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils for your culinary needs. Our Keurig Duo coffee maker allows you to enjoy a single cup or full pot of coffee to provide that energy boost before a day at the beach or out on the golf course.



Dining Delight:

The dining area is right off the kitchen and living room, so whether you're feasting, laughing, or playing a wildly competitive board game, everything is just a few steps away. The fully stocked kitchen is the crowning jewel of our home! It is large and stunning, with a kitchen island perfect for gathering.



Expansive Back Yard:

Out back, our huge fenced yard welcomes you to mingle under the stars. The fire pit is waiting for ghost stories and gooey s’mores, while the grill is ready for your cookout masterpieces. Our guests can enjoy plenty of outdoor seating, and there are umbrellas to provide shade in the day and lighting at night (yes, they light up!). There is also a giant Connect Four game so you can challenge your fellow guests - fun for kids and adults alike! There’s no pool, no ocean view—just a cozy, private space for good times.



Tiny Paws Welcome for Free:

We love our little four-legged guests!Up to two small dogs (25 pounds or less) stay free! Sorry, no cats, big pups, or other animals—we’ve got to keep it cozy for our pint-sized furry friends!

And here’s the best part—you’re only 1.1 miles from the beach! That means you get to enjoy peace, quiet, and zero tourist traffic, yet still be moments away from the sand, waves, and all the fun. It’s the best of both worlds—beach vibes when you want them, tranquility when you don’t.

With four inviting bedrooms, our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests—all in beds! There is also a futon in the sun room in case the little ones want to have slumber party.

*Garage is unavailable for guest use.

*ONLY TWO SMALL DOGS ALLOWED (no large dogs or other animals)

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

* Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

*NO MOTORCYCLES OR MOTORCYCLE TRAILERS ALLOWED. Boats, trailers and golf carts are allowed.

*Washer/dryer in property.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Gas grill and wood burning fire pit (guests supply fire wood).

*Home has exterior security cameras throughout property.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC, OR HORSEPLAY. NEIGHBORS ARE FULL TIME RESIDENTS AND WILL CALL THE POLICE. GUESTS MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND OBSERVE QUIET HOURS AFTER 8:00 P.M. FINES WILL APPLY FOR VIOLATIONS.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

3. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

4. ONLY TWO SMALL DOGS (LESS THAN 25 POUNDS ALLOWED). NO CATS OR OTHER ANIMALS ALLOWED. Fine of eviction without refund for violations.

5. No motorcycles or trailers allowed. Golf carts and boats are allowed, but must fit in driveway (no parking on grass).
