Your beach vacation begins at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo, in WaterPointe II, #201. Updated laminate flooring in the main and family room. The condo is a desirable END unit on the 2nd floor, which means more space, more windows, more SC sunshine! Access the balcony from both the living room and the main bedroom for miles of views; even the 3rd bedroom has large windows for ocean views. The living room includes sofa sleeper (Queen Sleeper) & 3 occasional chairs, flat screen TV.

Great care was taken to choose neutral colors and stylish details for the kitchen and fresh look of the rest of the condo. Kitchen updates include: paint, appliances, tile floor, tile back splash, cabinets, lighting, quartz counter top, sink, faucet, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining, with seating for 4 at table + 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There are full sized appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit, plus extra counter space.

The bathrooms in this unit have also been updated with glass shower doors. All new fixtures and hardware complete the look of this fantastic upgrade.
Main Bedroom offers a King bed, private updated bathroom, flat screen TV, and new mirrored closet doors that open and close with ease.
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed; flat screen TV, corner window, mirrored closet doors.
Bedroom #3: Twin beds, flat screen TV, wide double window with ocean views.

Great beaches offer lifeguard stands, rental chairs and umbrellas available on the beach thru NMB city parks services, right in front of the WaterPointe building (in-season). We absolutely loved this property. Very family friendly and easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything you would need for the week. Very clean and inviting. This area is not super crazy. It was a perfect week. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you for such a great rental.

Great weekend getaway.

This property met all of the needs for my family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals if we wanted to. Beds were very comfortable and ready to go. There’s not a lot of parking spaces at the building, so we parked across the street for our stay. There was hardly any traffic on the road, so we never had to wait to cross the street. We did wish that there was a keyless entry option, so that we did not have to stop at the rental office.

Family Vacation

We just got back and had a wonderful time! The location of this unit is perfect. Close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough away that you avoid most of the mess. We took our 2 kiddos ages 4 and 2 and they had a blast at the pool. The beach isn’t far from the unit so it wasn’t hard to get things to and from. We used all the amenities this unit offered, and weren’t disappointed in any of them. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family vacation that included grandparents, mom, dad, and two kiddos. Plenty of space and an incredible view for my morning coffee. 10/10!

Great location and nice unit as described!

The location was great and unit well maintained and clean. Little frustrated by all the strict guidelines for checking out (cleaning and laundry) and use of the condo in general. This property management company or condo association is a little excessive with the rules. Including a $300 charge on day one for a security deposit. I would suggest if you bombard your guests with tons of rules and threats of hundreds of additional charges that the homeowner at least go above and beyond and provide beach towels and adequate amount of bathing towels. Our family stayed at a VRBO condo in Clearwater and the homeowners were wonderful! They provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, surf boards, sand toys, etc. This was such a great gesture, saved our family money and kept are kids super entertained!! We really wanted to pay it forward and help out another family by leaving beach towels and sand toys we purchased.

Overall family vacation was great!!

Our family vacation was great. We got to relax at the beach, the pool along with enjoying some tourist shopping sites. Shopping and attractions were around 12 miles for enjoyment. The site stated .5-.7 which was untrue. Our condo was equipped with all needed kitchen supplies. One downfall I will state is the cleaning service was not completed well. The floors weren’t swept or mopped- chips, crumbs, wrappers, legos, left behind stuff from the last people. Under the beds was quiet gross and to the least a cockroach found running across the floor. I cleaned up prior to our family entering so that didn’t slow us down. Overall it was a great vacation! Thank you for our stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Kids loved the pool and beach. There was no hair dryer, I have not stayed anywhere lately that did not have a hair dryer. Also, one roll of TP in each bathroom is not enough for 5 people for 6 days!

Great Rental for Family!

We so enjoyed our stay in Unit 201 this past week. Check-in was a breeze with Owner Direct and everything in the unit was as promised. Beautiful ocean and outdoor pool views. Great corner unit with lots of natural light in the living area due to extra windows. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated and are beautiful. We received a complimentary call on our last day from Owner Direct making sure we had a satisfactory stay. Great experience and we would definitely recommend this unit to other families looking for an oceanfront experience in the Windy Hill section of NMB! We also appreciated the care the entire Waterpointe II facility took to maintain daily a clean common area on the main floor. There was a maintenance person on staff every day that was always cleaning and disinfecting common use areas making us feel very safe even amidst being at the beach during a pandemic.

This unit was great for our vacation. It had everything we needed. It’s very close to Barefoot Landing and mini golf. The building is older but immaculate. There’s a small parking In front of building with a parking lot across the street. We preferred the parking lot because it’s very spacious and still very close to the building. We would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated - this condo exceeded my expectations for our vacation. It is apparent this unit has been upgraded - new kitchen, bathrooms, paint, carpet, tile floors, etc. Located right on the beach with excellent views. 2nd floor end unit location was perfect - no waiting for the elevators! Loved that we had a choice between an indoor and outdoor pool. We will be back!
