Very spacious and clean condo. Great location and awesome pool. Close to a lot of great entertainment and restaurants. Easy checkin and out process. Beds were not comfortable. The master bedrooms bed had a broken foot board and the mattress was squeaky and sinks down in the middle. The other king bed had its frame held together with zip ties. Luckily it was less squeaky. It was impossible to fully block out the outside lights from the bedrooms at night. Tv remotes were missing the backs to them.
Our stay was great. The house was decorated nicely. We stayed in the master bedroom,the bed was extremely squeaky and very uncomfortable. Master bath sink one w missing stopper, my husband dropped his cologne top and it went straight down the drain. My sink had a broken stopper that was sitting on the counter,if you put it on, it completely fallls in. so the sink start to fill up w water. Needless to say i had no sink stopper as well. Anything you drop if not careful it goes straight down the drain. The couch was very uncomfortable as well.
Decent Condo, inconvenient check-in/out, not very clean
First I will say the location of this condo is great. Beautiful views of the ICW & short walk to Barefoot Landing. The condo was dirty. Garbage on the floor at the edge of the beds & under the coffee/side tables in the living room, so obviously very little vacumming was done, broken crayons & litter on the balcony, crayon drawings all over all windows to the balcony. Carpet needs a deep cleaning & all surfaces needed to be wiped down with cleaner. We were Very disappointed to find out upon arrival that we had to drive 10 miles out of our way to pick up the keys to the condo. We had just spent an entire day travelling & driven for an hour through traffic from the airport and had to go past our condo to the office to get the keys. They were closed, it was dark and the office is not located in a very nice area. Lots of scary people walking around while I was trying to find the lock box, open the lock box, rummage through dozens of envelopes to find the one with my keys. The day before we were to leave, I receive a text message telling me I have to go to the same office to drop the keys off when we check out. I called the office and explained that we are leaving at 4:00 a.m. to catch an early flight and the drive to the airport is in the opposite direction from their office. I asked if we could leave the keys in the condo and was told no. We had to leave half an hour earlier to drop the keys off. I would not have rented had I know the check in/out was so difficult.
