# 43: a newly renovated, luxury villa in a prime beachfront Cayman Kai location

Number 43 is a large, contemporary, newly renovated villa on a private white sand beach with crystal clear water.

LOCATION
Set in the best location in Cayman Kai, yet the house and beach are landscaped to give full privacy with no overlooking from other properties.
The house is on a large double plot with a 200ft wide beach, which is only accessible from the house.
The location is fantastic, being less than 5 mins walk to the Kaibo Beach Club, which provides breakfast coffee and pastries, great casual dining throughout the day and regular evening entertainment. The Kaibo marina is the pick up point for the regular ferry to Camana Bay. Rum Point is a 20 mins walk away, where the renovated beach club is located.
43 is easily accessible by boat from Camana Bay and the Seven Mile Beach area. In addition, it is not affected by weekend boat crowds and sargassam seaweed, which can detract from the beauty of this area. Starfish Point is a couple of minutes walk away and can be seen from the dock. Fortunately, many of the starfish have migrated down to the villa's beach to avoid the crowds
This part of Cayman Kai is a protected marine park and the water is crystal clear. The ocean bed has turtle-grass, which is teeming with life - lots of crabs, fish, nurse sharks, small rays and plenty of starfish, which have migrated from Starfish Point to avoid the crowds. Snorkelling is must!

OUTSIDE SPACES
The huge pool deck and beach have so many areas to relax and socialise, that even a large group will have space to breathe.

- Entrance: Tropical landscaping, providing a private entrance and shady parking for up to 6 cars.

- Beach: The beach is landscaped away from neighbouring propertis, so that guests can relax in complete seclusion.
The beach has many palm trees to provide shade from the heat of the sun and various seating areas to take in the view, the shade, the sun or the ocean breezes. There are 6 hammocks in the corner of the beach which has the most shade and breeze and which provides a restful place to doze or relax. There are 8 sun loungers.
The mangrove on the waters edge is a haven for fish and the rock pools along the waters edge provide an idea habitat for crabs and other sea-life to splash about.
There are beach games, eg cornhole, boules, beach cricket, bat & ball, football. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle-boards for exploring the ocean.

- Pool: The 45 ft pool has an infinity edge facing the ocean. Steps lead from the lounge deck into the shallow end and the depth increases to about 9ft at the deep end. There is a seat along the length of the pool, so that guests can relax whilst cooling in the pool.

The house has 2000 sq ft of outside covered space, enabling guests to relax and socialise outside in comfort.
- Covered Veranda: The veranda has ample lounge seating and 2 day beds for guests to relax in the shade. Ceiling fans under the veranda provide an additional breeze for guest comfort.

- Covered outdoor dining: The outdoor, covered entertaining area on the pool deck, has an outdoor BBQ kitchen and seating for 12 and is great for long, lazy lunches or dinner under the stars. There is an additional kids teak table with 2 chairs

- Balcony on first floor: There is a 500 sq ft covered balcony overlooking the beach and ocean, which is accessible from the 2 master bedrooms on the first floor. The balcony has lounge seating for guests who wish to relax in the, whilst enjoying the magnificent view.


INSIDE SPACES
The house is newly renovated in an airy and contemporary style and gives 6000 sq ft of internal AC space. The house feels very spacious with large lounge, game and kitchen spaces - plenty of room for your group. The house is full of light, with extensive glazing to maximise the wonderful views over the beach and ocean.

- Great Room: The oceanfront great room is the indoor focal point of this home with its high ceilings and floor to ceiling galzing leading to the veranda and pool deck. There is a 75" smart TV with Sonos Arc soundbar. The games area has a pool table for you and your guests to enjoy.

- Kitchen / dining/ family Room: Inside, a contemporary chef's kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a huge fridge and freezer, a Miele steam oven, a Miele 30" oven, Bosch induction hob and Bosch dishwasher. The large quartz island is a natural gathering place.

- Pantry: Shelved pantry off the main kitchen, which is stocked with additional kitchen equipment. The pantry has ample space for all your groceries and includes a beverage fridge.

- Laundry Room: Washing machine, dryer, additional dishwasher and cleaning equipment, in case guests require it. A starter pack of washing tabs & fabric conditioner will be provided.

- Study: Guests can make use of the office area, with large desk and A3 printer. In addition, there is a cozy library nook with books to keep you occupied.

Inside, there is a pool table, multiple board games & 3 flat screen TVs with Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and UK / USA prime channels and movies. There are 2 Sonos soundbars to experience cinema-sound for your movies or music.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms, which sleep up to 12 guests (max 10 adults), making this beach villa the perfect place for families and groups.

#43 is configured to sleep up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and is most suitable for up to 8 adults, with 4 children on the 2 day / truckle beds, which each convert to 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.

Ground Floor

- Master bedroom & Ensuite: The room includes a king size bed, large leather armchair and walnut chest of drawers. There are floor to ceiling sliding doors, which lead out to the shady iroko deck and seating - ocean facing. The fully-tiled ensuite is disabled-friendly, with a high WC, seat in the shower and lowered basin. The wet-room floor is one level and doorways can accommocate a wheelchair.

- Family bedroom & Ensuite: There is a family bedroom suitable for children or adults and includes a 65" smart TV, with Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Netflix. There is a double bed and a day/truckle bed, which converts to 2 single beds. There is a large picture window to the front garden. The fully-tiled ensuite bathroom is a wet-room, with wall-hung WC, spacious shower area and vanity unit with Duravit counter-top basin.

- Powder room: Wall hung Duravit Starck WC, teak washstand and Duravit basin.

First Floor

- Master bedroom & Ensuite:
The bedroom has a euro king size bed and floor to ceiling glazing, through which guests can step out onto the 500 sq ft covered balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. There is a adjacent dressing room with fitted wardrobes and 2 vanity units with Villeroy and Boch basins.
The wet room has a large rainshower with picture window giving amazing views across the beach and ocean, a freestanding soaking tub and a wall-hung Duravit Starck WC.

- Master bedroom & Ensuite:
The bedroom has a King size bed and floor to ceiling glazing, through which guests can step out onto the 500 sq ft covered balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The ensuite has a teak vanity unit with his and hers Villeroy and Boch basins, a large rainshower and wall-hung Duravit Starck WC.

- Family bedroom & Ensuite

and All master bedrooms face the ocean and have direct access to either a 40 foot covered balcony on the first floor or a shady terrace on the ground floor.


COOKING & DINING FACILITIES

- Outdoor kitchen & dining: Thor gas BBQ and smoker. There is seating for 12 at the long teak table, plus seating for 2 toddlers on the adjacent kids teak table. The seating is covered and has lighting for the evening.

- Indoor kitchen & dining: Miele 30" oven, plus Miele steam oven and Bosch induction hob. There is a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, mini chopper, hand mixer, blender and all the pots, pans and kitchen equipment you could ever need. The serveware is Royal Doulton and Heals and there is ample Royal Doulton melamine picnicware for use outside or for the kids.

Keen chefs will enjoy the integrated gas BBQ and the smoker on the pool deck. In the kitchen, there are 2 Miele ovens, a Bosch induction hob and microwave. The kitchen is full equipt with Royal Doulton crockery and picnic ware, Nespresso coffee machine and every pan and utensil you could need in the adjacent pantry.

STAFF AND VILLA SERVICES
Upon arrival, your on-island property manager will meet and greet you, to answer any quetions you may have about the area the provide a tour of the villa.
Your property manager can also arrange additional housekeeping services or baby-sitting should you require it. Grocery delivery can be ordered in advance of your arrival with pre-stocking handled by the property manager free of charge.

For those guests who require more personal service at the villa, our concierge partner is able to provide a full butler service, which is truely exceptional. All services are bespoke to exactly match your requirements.

The groundsman will maintain the beach and garden once a week - usually on a Saturday.
The pool is maintained once a week - usually on Thusday mornings.


GETTING AROUND
Cayman Kai is a quiet, upmarket neighbourhood, with very light vehicle traffic, which means that taking strolls with the family or daily exercise are safe and pleasant. Whilst Kaibo and Rum Point are within walking distance, a car is necessary for groceries and exploring the island.

Great week at Rum Point/Cayman Kai
Excellent property. Everything was perfect. The pool is fantastic. Great dock with cover. Very quiet and private. The only issue was with the shower drains. They drained slowly and water backed up in bathrooms. AC worked well. Beds were satisfactory. Outside areas were phenomenal. Would stay here again. Well worth the price.

The best vacation house EVER
We stayed at this house with 8 people total, 6 adults and 2 children. The Lisa and Marva were absolutely fantastic before and during the stay. They made sure we had everything we needed for the kids before we arrived and were very helpful with surrounding activities and restaurants. Cayman Kai is the perfect spot for a family vacation. We spent some dinners at Kaibo and Rum Point which were both fantastic. We took the ferry over to the city one night from Kaibo (5 min walk from the house) which was also very fun. The accommodation exceeded expectations by a landslide. There’s really no need to leave the property at all. We swam, fished and sat on the dock everyday. The marine life on the property was also amazing. So many starfish, fish, jellyfish (which didn’t sting) and even a small nurse shark (harmless) was spotted right from the dock! The beach was amazing to lounge on with the hammocks and lounge chairs. The kids played in the sand and swam in the beautiful pool everyday. The entire outdoor space seriously looked like a green screen it was so perfect. The interior of the house was just as spectacular. It was so spacious and the rooms were incredible. Each bedroom has an ensuite which we loved and rainfall showers that we all decided we want built at our houses at home haha. The house was spotless when we arrived and Marva came to clean halfway through the week which was awesome. I can’t say enough about this house. We didn’t want to leave and we will be returning!

Perfect house in a perfect spot
We were a large group of 12 (including 2 noisy toddlers!), but there was enough space for all of us. The owners arranged baby-sitting, so we were able to go out for the night and also for a private chef on another night, which was the best part of our stay. We sat out in under the stars and was served a banquet. The kids rooms were perfect, with a TV, so they could relax after a hard morning looking for crabs, kayaking and playing in the pool. Absolutely perfect house and in a great spot. Can't wait for our next trip!!

Simply sensational
I had stayed at No 43 eight years ago it was great then but with the major renovation that has taken place it’s Simply Sensational.What we loved was the outside space it’s vast it must be one of the largest plots up at Cayman Kai and what the owners have done is creat all these amazing zones so if you wanted to you could find your own space and wallow in the beauty and the serenity. Personally I loved the modern contemporary decor it made such a change from some of the tired old properties that you find up at Cayman Kai. Watching the sunset sipping cocktails off the dock under the thatch roof was awesome , to the owners excellent remodel and thank you for letting us stay

Paradise Found !
My family and I have stayed at many homes in Grand Cayman over the years, but this one was by far the best. The location, on the quieter side of the island in Cayman Kai,was the perfect place to rest, relax and have fun ! This is the premier place to stay in Cayman if you are looking for a private luxury home away from home. Our hosts were a pleasure to deal with and their attention to detail was evident throughout, from the fully stocked kitchen to the new paddleboards on the beach. Our family had lots of space to spread out in, the beds are comfortable and the decor is high end but also comfortably casual There was plenty for our kids to do - swimming, kayaking, fishing, cornhole, table tennis - they left their screens in their suitcases ! Our son loved fishing off the dock and our daughter spent hours searching for starfish and crabs. I relaxed with a leisurely swim every day to Starfish Point. The infinity pool is absolutely gorgeous and the outdoor BBQ / entertainment area looked brand new. Nearby there is a water taxi service which takes you for shopping excursions at Camana Bay and also tours available to Stingray City. My wife and I will miss our cocktail hour out on the gazebo over the ocean every evening, but we will return !

Wow! what an amazing place
Such a beautiful villa and so spacious that even our party of mixed ages were able to hang out comfortably! The dock was amazing and we spent most evenings out there, drinking wine and playing cards. The kids loved the kayaks and playing pool and the adults loved the boules and BBQ. The owners were so helpful in recommending places to go and eat out. I cannot recommend this house highly enough
