***Property Overview***
Envision is located on Cayman's North Side with backyard snorkeling, a sandy beachfront, plus a private pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary spa heat is provided from Thanksgiving to Easter.

The home sits on an oceanfront lot with a vacant lot to the east and the North Side cemetery to the west. The cemetery is visible from the driveway. Tall foliage and a large buffer block its view from other parts of the home.

Reasonably priced for larger families, Envision is a two-level home featuring an open floor plan with a large family room on the lower level. Furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa and large television, guests will find plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy the sweeping ocean views. Exposed beams and vaulted ceilings accentuate the views, filling the home with natural light.

A small den sits off the family room furnished with a desk and sleeper sofa. It's a nice spot to curl up with a book or a daytime nap. Work-from-home professionals can retreat to the den to connect remotely to the office while vacationing in paradise.

The new saltwater pool with jacuzzi overlooks a large sandy beachfront, leading to excellent snorkeling just steps from the back door. The beach offers plenty of sunning space with no immediate neighbors to the west and North Side's cemetery beach to the east. The beach is lined with palm trees and equipped with a beach cabana for shade plus seaside hammocks.

A large oceanfront sun porch on the edge of the pool deck is the perfect place to dine or relax after a day of sun and surf. The dining table is usually set up with seating for 6-8 guests.

The home's five bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels. The primary suite plus two bedrooms sit on the lower level with the remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs. The upper-level bedrooms are ideal for kids and teens due to low ceilings.

The 3,000+ square foot open floor plan features a spacious kitchen with gourmet appliances, a large kitchen island with breakfast bar seating, and sleek cabinets and counters with ample storage space. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

The outdoor sun decks flank both sides of the pool, each featuring 2-3 sun loungers. An outdoor grilling area on the west side of the villa features ample counter space and a propane grill for island cookouts.

Envision is only a 5-minute walk from a small grocery store, Chisholm's, that is open on Sundays. A 5-minute drive east is Over The Edge Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additional nearby attractions are listed below.

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

***Getting Around***
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Marshalls, or Hertz.

Great Stay in GC

Perfect house for 2 families on the North Side of the island. Very private. We loved our own beach and the snorkeling 15 yrds from shore. Very close to a small grocery store that was perfect for topping off what we needed. 10 minutes from Rum Point/Starfish Point/Kaibo Marina. 20 minutes to the East End beaches at Wyndham/Morritts.

Incredible House & Location

This house was exactly as pictured. There were 10 of us and my 22-month granddaughter celebrating my 60th birthday! What a blast. We used the pool/jacuzzi everyday and the beach on occasion. It's just such a beautiful house and the view! We got very spoiled with that. Everything was on-hand needed for cooking - we LOVED the two refrigerators & BBQ grill on the premises! The property manager Penni was very responsive if we had any needs or concerns. My family hired a chef for my birthday and everything was just beyond perfect. You are a bit away from 7 mile beach, but we all really loved the quietness of the property. No fret though, everything is within a drive's time. We visited almost all parts of the island with scuba diving, snorkeling, private chartering, lunches, shopping, etc. SO MANY favorites! Stingray City was one of my personal faves - the water is pristine! We also had a masseuse come to the property - she was amazing! Another plus, is Chisolm's, the little grocery store is literally right up the road. For as small as it is, they had everything! We were there about every day for something. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Envision and visit to the island! We are in LOVE - I'm sure we'll be back!

Family vacation

The location is quiet and peaceful. Bring your rock shoes for swimming. The pool is great for gazing out to the ocean. Shamar and the staff at Silver Thatch were amazing!! They met our every need. Private chef Carlos was awesome as well. 10 minutes from Rum Point.

Exactly what we needed! A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We relaxed, we swam, we cooked and we had an absolute blast. House was spacious, gorgeous views and the AC was excellent coming in from a hot day on the water. This was the vacation we needed. Would come again!

Wonderful vacation!

Excellent communication by property management company - they truly went above and beyond in terms of responsiveness. The house was just a pictured - clean and spacious. The beach was private with great snorkeling. We really had the best time. We also enjoyed a boat rental via silver thatch with Warren as our guide which was great and a private cook experience with Linda - all arranged via Silver Thatch. Overall it exceeded expectations.

Spring break with college aged kids

We had an amazing time with our two kids. Both are in college and needed some relaxation before the final push to reach summer. This place had outstanding views with tons of privacy. It was next to a cemetery but we would prefer quiet dead neighbors to screaming kids or out of control spring breakers. It had everything we needed, we cooked a few nights and ate out the rest. There are some great places nearby and a cute grocery store just down the road. The coffee pot is drip with the round filters, just so you know. The cabana was the best, the shade but being so close to the water was a treat. We didn’t really get in the water here as was full of grass and stuff, but went to rum point and starfish point when we wanted to just hang in the water. We loved everything about this rental and highly suggest it to anyone wanting amazing views and peace and quiet.

We were planning a good vacation but instead we faced some problems when we got to our villa, we were surprised that we were next to a cemetery, not something we wanted to be next to, we felt very uncomfortable. Other problem was, my wife’s hair got ruined by the jacuzzi, never have that happened to her in other jacuzzis we used, her hair turned green color, and instead of enjoying our vacation we spent time trying to wash out all the green stuff out of her hair using baking soda, and ketchup, which was awful to do, we have before and after pictures to include, and after all the tries it didn’t really help to get her hair to normal. On the cleanliness of the villa we found black hair on the bed when we started to unfold it, pretty sure the bedding wasn’t washed cuss of how it looked. Also some of the lights didn’t work. As for silver thatch guest services, our manager Penni recommended them to us as a help guid on all information on all activities going on the island, that they will know all the pricing and even set something up, as we came there, they weren’t helpful at all, they just gave us the folder and really didn’t know what we were talking about, so very unhappy with that.
