Spend your vacation in this newly renovated 4 bedroom townhome big enough for family and friends. Spend time on the large full length deck right outside the kitchen living room or upstairs deck facing views of the ocean. First floor has 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms, Large open living space with a beautiful islanded kitchen just completed spring 2021, large dining room table and living room. Second floor has a large master bedroom that steps out to a beautiful deck over looking Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. The master bedroom has a new bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a pirate ship twin bed for the kids. There is also a pullout loveseat that opens to a twin bed. There is another new bathroom on the second floor. Private beach right out the back door. Located in the perfect area minutes away from lots of restaurants and attractions. Handicapped accessible with ramp. Also has outdoor shower. Location, location, vacation!

Near everything but not too crowded where we stayed. House is comfortable and well furnished. Kitchen a little small for a group who likes to cook big meals when on vacation. Easy walk over the dune to the beach - a lot of seaweed but no rocks, and particularly nice at low tide, when giant sandbars emerge.

Moms Getaway!!!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. The home was perfect for a girls weekend getaway with a bunch of Cape Cod moms. Handicap accessible, which was perfect for one of us that needed it. Annette was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much!

Perfectly Located Cape Getaway

Minutes from downtown Provincetown and feet from water’s edge. My family comes to Wellfleet for OysterFest every October and our stay at the Captain’s House was so relaxing and we created more great memories this fall staying there. Extremely clean and well appointed. Spacious rooms to gather and enjoy each other’s company but also nice private bedrooms. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Definitely a great place to stay.

Oyster Fest Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the home and loved the open concept of the living area. It was nice to all be together for meals and conversation. We expecially appreciated the 3 full bathrooms available for the group. The beach close by was perfect for a walk in the morning with a cup of coffee. The communication was excellent. We recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a long weekend or week.

Amazing week on the Cape

Annette and Rick were great hosts. Communication was easy, they were quick to respond to any questions we had, and even gave our kids toys to play with which was much appreciated. The property in newly renovated, super clean, and had everything we needed during our week long stay. Location can’t be beat – less than a 5 minute drive from Ptown but far away from the hustle and bustle if you just want to sit on the beach and relax. It’s a great place to stay with kids. We’ll definitely be back.

Great for multiple families

We had a group of four adults and three young kids (two 3 year olds and a 1 year old). The house was perfect for us! The 3 year olds loved the bunk bed room and pirate ship room. Multiple bathrooms and great kitchen for cooking gave everyone the space they needed. We were able to enjoy most meals on the deck and the quick stroll to the beach filled our days with fun. Highly recommend this house!

3rd Annual Girls Weekend

We have stayed at this property for 3 years in a row. With the handicapped accessible entry way and bedroom/bathroom located on the first floor, it is perfect for our group. It is always clean, has all the kitchen gadgets needed, and is full of supplies! This home is located right on the water/beach and the views of the sunset are spectacular. The owner is very attentive and accommodating! Perfect for girls weekend or for families. Thank you…We will be back :)

Perfect family beach vacation

This house was spacious, comfortable, had amazing views of the beach, and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is equipped with everything you need for an excellent beach vacation with kids. There are beach toys, wagon, beach chairs and more. The best part is the beach at low tide. It is shallow, calm, and sand bars that go way out. My kids (6, 2 year old twins) all had a blast looking for hermit crabs, making sand castles, and using the boogie board. Location on this is awesome! Short walk to the beach or a short bike or drive into town! Also very much appreciated the accessible ramp for those who use a wheelchair! Definitely will be back!

Beach stay

We rented this beach house earlier this month. It was great, clean beautiful home. Short walk down to the beach. Very close to downtown. We ended up going biking and had a great time. The owners did come and stay in their apartment attached to the house, so you may not necessarily have the entire place, but they were very friendly and didn’t bother us at all. I would stay there again!

Awesome Girls Weekend

Perfect beach location for a girls getaway! Got together with high school friends for the first time in 20 years ❤️ Home is clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. The two decks and outdoor showers are fabulous for a beach vacation. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Immaculate GE cafe appliances. The dishwasher is a beast and so quiet! Gorgeous views, we enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets. Communication with Annette leading up to and during the trip was excellent. Highly recommend for friends & families. We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean with a great layout. The kitchen had high end appliances with lovely countertops and fixtures. Very nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the proximity to the water, the view and chairs while hanging on the multiple decks and the quick drive to Provincetown. Would absolutely love to rent this house again. Thank you!
