Beach Block Condo - 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths - Easy beach and boardwalk access!

The condo is located on 25th Avenue and the perfect location for families just a few short steps from the beach and Morey's Pier. The unit comes furnished with all the amenities you would need to relax and enjoy while on vacation.

The unit is located on the top floor with it's own entrance (one exterior and one interior flight of stairs). The kitchen features brand new appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, gas range with oven, dishwasher, Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender and much more! The dining table sits ten as well as extra room at the breakfast bar. The living room area has a large sectional with a queen pullout and a large flat screen TV. Sliding doors provide access to a spacious and furnished deck where you can take in the views of the beach and boardwalk (and fireworks at night!). The unit provides two parking spaces and enclosed storage in the carport.

The master bedroom has one king bed, a large walk-in closet, and full bath. The room is very spacious and can easily accommodate a pack-n-play if needed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed with a trundle, comfortably sleeping four making it the perfect room for the kids! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. In the hallway you will find another full bath as well as the laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

*Please note we just purchased this condo which is the reason for lack of reviews, however many units within the building have been frequently rented with excellent reviews. The entire unit has been updated, including appliances and furniture, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.*

Very nice and clean. Great communication.

We had 3 adults and 5 children. The house is kept very nice. Communication was great also. Location was great for us. Steps from the boardwalk and gateways 26 arcade for the kids.

Great place

Carly and Jake had everything we could have needed for our family vacation. Including a baby gate for the top of the stairs and a booster seat for my toddler. The location is great so close to the beach and boards. There were chairs a beach cart and umbrellas available for you. We will definitely rent again!!!!

Great Location & lovely host.

Plenty of space for 6 adults & 2 children. Kitchen was filled with everything you might need to cook. We all enjoyed the time we spent there. We forgot to bring linens, I do not recommend doing that! Quiet & friendly neighborhood . We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Thoughtful Place

Excellent condo - First time we every booked anything with Vrbo - there were 6 of us, average age was 65 years old. - the stairs were a bit steep but when you got to the condo it was more than worth the climb - The owners were so thoughtful & welcoming. They tried to think of every need you might have - there Book was very informative & easy for any age person to understand - Emails were answered in a timely fashion - I would recommend them & this condo to anyone - Thank you for making our first Vrbo experience so great.

Beautiful Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at Carly’s condo. When we arrived we received a welcome gift with a hand written note which was just perfect. Condo had everything we needed and was a great location to beach and boardwalk. The only downside is the parking is not great for this specific unit.

We had a great experience, the owners were awesome to work with. We rented in mid June. The house was clean, everything you’d want in a rental and more! You won’t be disappointed! The location was perfect for our needs; so close to the beach and boardwalk for the kids! We will definitely be back again!

This was the cutest place, very well kept, the welcome package was a wonderful surprise. Spacious enough for us. Theu have all the equipment you need in a kitchen. The communication with the owner was outstanding. We were able to have an amazing 30yr reunion with my best Highschool girlfriends and keep an eye on my daughter and her friends who were a block away for Senior week đŸ€«

Where to start.. AMAZING experience!

Carly and Jordan truly go above and beyond for their guests! We walked in and instantly noticed that the picture don’t do justice of how gorgeous their property is. The rooms are extremely spacious and you can even see the water from the balcony! Huge fridge space & they will have every appliance, pot/ pan you can think of! My friends and I are already planning a girls trip for next summer! 10/10 recommend this stay!
