It is a 3-story luxury house nestled into the cliffside just above Playa Guiones. You can see the surf break as you sip your coffee, and walk to the beach and restaurants in Guiones. The villa has a beautiful saltwater pool with a bbq and dining area. You will enjoy a concierge service and access to Nalu Studio's fitness classes at a special rate.
The Space:
The villa features luxurious modern design by award winning architects at Studio Saxe. Villa Lani can accommodate up to 14 people with 3 master bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and one bedroom big enough to sleep all the kids with 2 bunkbeds and 2 trundles! Perfect for 2 or 3 families looking to vacation together! Built with sustainable tourism in mind, this villa has full solar and recycles the water from the house to water the beautiful gardens inside and out! Villa Lani is equipped with a natural bug repellent system allowing guests to enjoy the indoor/outdoor spaces comfortably. It also features a water filtration system throughout the house so you can avoid buying all those plastic bottles of water and enjoy drinking the water right out of the tap in any room!
The expansive top floor welcomes you to gather with your friends and family and enjoy breathtaking views while dining or just lounging in the living area. The pool deck features another dining area with a grill and space to cook up a meal. When you need to cool off, just jump into the saltwater pool or lounge on the side and enjoy the sunset!
